Reading is one of the most enduring and universal ways of learning.The investigation of H kindergarten in wuxi city shows that some teachers in this kindergarten have a certain deviation in their understanding of reading activities,which tends to lead to the tendency of primary school,and the traditional way of carrying out reading activities in H kindergarten is difficult to improve children's interest in reading activities.Inspired by the art club of Shanghai lotus pond kindergarten,this study tries to carry out reading activities in H kindergarten in the way of small club,in order to explore the implementation practice of small club and its effect on promoting the development of children's multiple intelligences,and puts forward corresponding teacher support strategies.The research mainly adopts the action research method,taking middle and senior class children of H kindergarten in wuxi city as the research object,from September 2018 to June 2019,lasting for nearly a year.In accordance with the requirements of the language field of "guide to the learning and development of 3-6 year old children",five reading clubs were launched,namely "little listening bar","flying radio","happy reading castle","beautiful reading press" and "dream theatre".The specific implementation part of the action research of reading small societies consists of four research steps: action plan,action implementation,action observation and action reflection.According to these four steps,each reading small society arranges ten detailed cases of each activity,and the five reading small societies make a total of fifty activity materials.Research results and analysis section,the researchers according to "3-6 years old children's learning and development guide" in the field of language,social and art in the field of requirements,based on typical cases in the small reading club activities,to read little club activities in children's language behavior and peer interaction behavior and behavior of the research in three aspects:creating art.At the same time,the factors influencing the development of children's language expression ability,peer communication ability and artistic creativity were analyzed.The results showed that the activities of reading small groups effectively promoted the language expression ability,peer communication ability and artistic creation ability of children in middle and big classes.In order to better promote the development of children's multiple intelligences in small reading club activities,the study proposed the following support strategies for teachers:1.reading support strategies for children's language development in small clubsAction plan stage: create the environment and listen patientlyAction implementation stage: focus on process and encourage creationAction reflection stage: encourage sharing and improve summing up2.Strategies for the development and support of children's peer communication ability in small club activitiesAction plan stage: create opportunities to encourage collaborationAction implementation stage: model incentive,face conflict squarelyAction reflection stage: parallel learning,peer review3.Strategies to support the development of children's artistic creativity in reading small club activitiesAction plan phase: tap resources and get out of the classroomAction implementation stage: enrich materials and reduce bondageAction reflection stage: correct evaluation,multiple display...
