Teaching design ability is a necessary teaching skill for a teacher,but novice teachers generally lack teaching design ability because of the lack of basic knowledge and teaching experience.Therefore,this paper takes novice teachers as the research object and makes an in-depth investigation on their understanding of teaching design,which promotes Novice-Experienced teachers' stage.The leap forward and the improvement of teaching quality play an important role and significance.Taking the novice teachers of grade three who have received teacher education training and the novice teachers who have been in service for three years in a university in Lanzhou City of Gansu Province as an example,this paper makes an investigation and study,and tries to take the current situation of Novice Chemistry teachers' understanding of teaching design as the research content,and puts forward the countermeasures and construction for effectively improving the novice chemistry teachers' teaching design ability.Discussion.On the basis of summarizing the current research situation of chemistry teachers and novice teachers' understanding of instructional design at home and abroad,and based on the theory of instructional design and the theory of teachers' professional development stage,this paper compiles novice teachers' teaching from three dimensions: instructional analysis,instructional process design,reflection and evaluation.Questionnaire and interview outline on the understanding of learning design have made a thorough investigation and Study on the current situation and existing problems of novice teachers' understanding of teaching design.Firstly,there are no differences in gender and experience of teaching support among novice teachers.There are obvious differences among novice teachers with different degrees,which shows that curriculum design and subject research can promote the improvement of teaching design ability.Secondly,some novice teachers pay too much attention to students' existing knowledge,neglect the analysis of students' obstacles and development points,and lack of elements.Most novice teachers often neglect the value analysis of teaching content.Thirdly,novice chemistry teachers have aclear understanding of teaching process design,but they do not pay enough attention to the determination and description of teaching objectives.Chemistry novice teachers do not fully understand the core qualities of chemistry;they do not fully understand the organic integration of the characteristics of chemistry teaching content and general teaching methods.Fourthly,the reflection and evaluation of Novice Chemistry Teachers includes two levels: self-reflection and objective evaluation.Most novice chemistry teachers lack in-depth understanding of self-reflection and good prototype demonstration and guidance.Based on the above three aspects,the researcher puts forward some suggestions to promote the novice chemistry teachers' ability of teaching design,such as teaching analysis,teaching process design,reflection and evaluation.
