| Under the policy background of "mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship",many innovative enterprises have been established one after another.Innovation and entrepre-neurship activities with innovation as practice have become the booster of economic de-velopment,transformation and upgrading in China.At the same time,along with our coun-try’s strategy of cultural power and the opening of the second child policy and the deepen-ing of quality education,the track of the education industry has entered a new stage of de-velopment.According to the content of education,the sub-fields of education industry can be divided into four categories:preschool education,academic education,professional training and online education.With the influence of external environment such as techno-logical innovation and multi-level talent demand,the just-needed attribute and broad mar-ket space of education industry attract countless capital,and online education and profes-sional training are popular.Enterprises make full use of initial capital financing to carry out horizontal ecological layout and vertical business extension,promote the continuous iteration of the education market,and strive to tap and meet the needs of users,seeking business synergy and innovative development.At present,different kinds of education and training institutions are constantly emerg-ing.Most of the domestic education enterprises have developed rapidly in the early stage and have high growth characteristics.At the same time,there are also some problems such as short operating period,high internal management cost and limited scale expansion.In the face of fierce market competition,there is a lack of relevant competitive strategy re-search.Then,how to recognize self-advantages,integrate resources and capabilities,and achieve better expansion and sustainable development in the just-needed education market competition,has become an urgent problem for education and training enterprises to solve,and also a competitive strategy for enterprises to be considered in depth.Founded in 2015,the LS education company is a chain training institution based on Youth Music and art training,which trains students’ music literacy and interest as the teaching goal.It also faces challenges from existing competitors and potential competitors in the music training mar-ket.Therefore,it is necessary to study the competitive strategy of LS education company.In order to study the above problems,this paper takes LS Education Company as an example,grasps the basic overall situation of the company through case study in the early stage,carries out semi-structured face-to-face interviews with nine business managers of LS Company,and then synthesizes various business status indicators of LS Company,so as to achieve a more comprehensive analysis of the growth of LS Company.Furthermore,based on the relevant theories of competitive strategy and combining the strategic man-agement related analysis tools and models,this paper analyzes the external macro envi-ronment and industry competition environment of LS education company by using PEST and five force models,and grasps the current situation and future trend of LS company’s industry.Combined with the internal resources and structure of the company,the SWOT analysis model is used to further integrate.Through the analysis,the advantages and disad-vantages,opportunities and challenges of LS company are obtained.Finally,the strategy of differentiated competition is selected and determined,and the specific strategy implemen-tation plan is put forward from the aspects of product quality,human resources,marketing channels,etc.Therefore,this paper hopes to provide constructive strategic advice for the company to explore and build its core competitiveness,achieve sustainable growth,and provide a new direction and practical experience for the development path of Start-up Edu-cation and training enterprises through the study of LS education company’s competitive strategy. |
