The rapid development of the information society not only brings convenience to human life,but also gives rise to a series of information ethics problems.These problems are closely related to the responsibility of the information society,which urgently requires individuals to have better responsibility for the information society."Ordinary high school information technology curriculum standards(2017 edition)" make clear a regulation,information of social responsibility is the core of information technology literacy is one of the four core elements,and to the information society responsibility made the definition and connotation of the specific analysis,information can be seen how to implement and develop the students' social responsibility for the current information technology teachers is a bigger challenge and a difficult problem.With the coming of the new curriculum reform,teaching with traditional teaching is no longer suitable for cultivation of social responsibility information,and case teaching has to solve similar problems in a particular situation,the characteristics of causing the attention of the domestic scholars,into the growing trend of information technology teaching,case teaching and has the advantage to promote the development of students' social responsibility information literacy,therefore,research thought to use case teaching to cultivate the students' social responsibility information.The research mainly adopts action research method,supplemented by classroom observation method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,and mainly does the following three aspects of work.The first is the implication analysis and structure construction of information social responsibility.Based on the concept definition and connotation requirement of information social responsibility in the new curriculum standard,the connotation interpretation is carried out.On the basis of the three-layer structure of "core literacy" constructed by Professor Li Yi,this paper constructs the three-layer structure of information social responsibility,namely,information knowledge,information problem solving and information moral thinking.The second is to design a case teaching scheme for information social responsibility.Firstly,based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation,it is concluded that junior high school students' information social responsibility literacy needs to be improved,with problems such as lack of information security and legal knowledge,lack of awareness and ability to solve information problems,and lack of relatively stable moral thinking methods and values.Secondly,the characteristics and value of case teaching make it fit to cultivate students' information social responsibility.Finally,based on the above theoretical work,a case teaching plan for information social responsibility is preliminarily designed,and two teaching examples are designed according to the case teaching plan.The third is to practice and verify the effectiveness of case teaching on the training of information social responsibility.After three rounds of case teaching practice,and timely reflection and correction,and then optimize and improve the case teaching program.Finally,a comparative analysis of data between the post-test teaching effect questionnaire and the pre-test status questionnaire was conducted,as well as an analysis of the interview records of students,which proved the effectiveness of case teaching and proved that case teaching can indeed promote the improvement of students' information social responsibility literacy.This study takes junior middle school information technology curriculum as the carrier and adopts case teaching mode to cultivate students' information social responsibility.It can provide reference for information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools to develop and implement case teaching.
