A Study Of Rural Family Management Format From The Perspective Of County Modernization

With the construction and development of modernization,there are new phenomena in rural areas:rural families are no longer limited to two main forms of farming and migrant work,but there are many kinds of business types or forms around the county,such as business,entrepreneurship and business self-employed business.This study uses "family management format" to explain this type or form.The term"family management format" refers to the types and states of various production and business activities engaged in to achieve the development of the family,that is,various forms or states of employment in which the family invests in labor force and obtains livelihood in order to achieve the goal of family development.This study adopts the method of field research.First of all,this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the family business format,studies the dynamic changes of the family business format since the reform and opening up,and summarizes its change path as "single-dual track-multiple",and this diversification is a sustainable trend.Secondly,based on the three dimensions of the development of county modernization,this paper discusses the shaping of the diversification of family business formats:first,in the urbanization of the county,the development of road traffic provides the conditions to expand business formats to cities,the construction and expansion of cities provide opportunities for non-agricultural formats,and the motivation to enter cities makes families seek non-agricultural formats of cities;second,in the industrialization of the county,the development of light industrial parks The exhibition gives rural women the opportunity to "leave the land".The development of agricultural industry chain makes the agricultural format expand to industry.Third,in the county marketization,the growing consumer market gives birth to the self-employed,which is completely separated from the non-agricultural format,while the growing flexible small traders are difficult to leave the agriculture,so they adopt the combination of agricultural and commercial formats.At the same time,based on the theory of county modernization,this paper makes an in-depth explanatory analysis of family business diversification,and on this basis,forecasts the future development of rural families.It is found that the reason why the business types inevitably tend to be diversified is that the county modernization shortens the time and space distance between urban and rural areas,and more importantly,the "psychological distance" shortened by the openness,continuity and interaction of county modernization,which makes the rural families under the pressure of family employment and livelihood or the guidance of family development goals inevitably rely on the resources provided by county modernization Development conditions and opportunities to achieve diversified business operation.Combined with the practice of the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses,the future development of families with multiple formats will show a new feature of "leaving the agriculture but not leaving the village",and the county platform with increasing influence will become the research and exploration direction and policy construction direction that can not be ignored.
