The pace of life is accelerating and the pressure of modern people has increased, which has led to more and more people suffering from mental illness, but few people receive treatment in real life. And people are often reluctant to reveal their mental illness identity for fear of stigma and discrimination. This stigma often leads to patients'delay in seeking medical treatment and the deterioration of their condition. Moreover, mental illness patients and their families are burdened with heavy psychological burden. Therefore,it is important to explore intervention strategies to reduce the stigma of mental illness.Traditional studies focus on single disciplines such as psychology and pedagogy. This paper relies on the ACE-Lynx mental health project carried out through interdisciplinary cooperation such as social work, psychology and public health. This study adopts qualitative research method, collects data through literature collection, field interviews, participatory observation and other methods, and uses analysis software NVIVO11 to conduct text coding and analysis of qualitative data.Generally speaking, the transfer process of the concept of social justice can be divided into the socialization stage of empirical learning, the externalization stage of exchanging learning experiences, the integration stage of applying learned knowledge and the internalization stage of institutionalizing specific intervention strategies.Factors affecting the transfer of social justice concepts can be roughly divided into four aspects:knowledge characteristics, knowledge providers, knowledge receivers and transfer situations. The fuzziness and recessive knowledge increase the transfer cost and affect the transfer effect. In terms of the transfer situation, the obstacles to knowledge transfer are analyzed from both the internal environment and the external environment. The abilities of knowledge providers, including leadership, supervision and coding abilities, affect the understanding and acceptance of knowledge by knowledge recipients. The higher the willingness, investment and ability of knowledge recipients. In terms of the transfer situation, the obstacles to knowledge transfer are analyzed from both the internal environment and the external environment. The abilities of knowledge providers, including leadership, supervision and coding abilities, affect the understanding and acceptance of knowledge by knowledge recipients. The higher the willingness, investment and ability of knowledge recipients, the better the knowledge transfer effect will be.According to the research results, the following suggestions are put forward:(1)to supplement professional background knowledge;(2)to establish internal incentive mechanism;(3)to strengthen the relationship between theory and training content. The innovation of the research is under the background of the traditional psychology of mental illness stigma to research into the "social justice" on the basis of the social work value elements, through interdisciplinary cooperation form new intervention strategy,an integrated research attempts to enrich the factors affecting knowledge transfer effectiveness research achievements, but there are some shortage at the same time, need further improvement.
