| With the continuous advancement of China’s new urbanization road, exploring the development models of local urbanization with their own characteristics and suitable for local conditions has become the focus of work that needs to be solved urgently.Among them, changing from villager committee to resident committee which is ubiquitous all over the country has become the focus of recent academic attention. As a phased product in the process of China’s new urbanization construction, the new communities have changed their spatial layout not only to change the residential style of residents from bungalows to buildings, but also change the mind and behavioral patterns that have been formed in traditional villages for a long time, such as the values, lifestyles, and relationship networks of residents.Interpersonal relationship is an important link that cannot be ignored in community governance, and its development and changes are essential to optimize the layout of urbanization development and promote the coordinated development of communities and people. Therefore,on the basis of combing the status quo of the interpersonal relationship on changing from villager committee to resident committee from a spatial perspective,I introduce Harvey’s spatial fix theory to try to explain the spatial logic of the reconstruction of the community interpersonal relationship, and combine practical experience to analyze the countermeasures and suggestions for further solving the problem. From a spatial perspective,I sorted out the internal logic between the spatial change and interpersonal relationship of changing from villager committee to resident committee. From the four perspectives of spatial replacement, spatial separation, spatial overlap, and spatial specialization,I drew the development trend of decentralization and fragmentation of interpersonal relationships. On this basis,I introduced Harvey’s space fix theory, and interpreted the process and results of the reconstruction of interpersonal relationships from the two levels of the community and the residents by deducing the process of the case community space restoration. As far as the community is concerned, although the community has established a new public activity space as a place for interpersonal communication among residents in the process of changing from villager committee to resident committee, the closedness and publicity presented by it do not meet the residents’ expectations for the establishment and maintenance of interpersonal relationships. In the process of using space, residents participate in the transformation and reorganization of the community space as an active space producer and builder, whether it is activity-centric space production or place-centric spatial transformation, they all have provided a sufficient motivation mechanism for the reconstruction of the interpersonal relationship of villages-to-residential communities, and the interpersonal relationship has thus formed a kind of "broken concentric circles".However, residents,as space users rather than space owners, are still limited in their initiative in space production. Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the effectiveness of community-level space restoration in reconstructing interpersonal relationships,so as to improve residents’ integration and interpersonal interaction on a larger scale. For example, establish an inclusive and shared public activity space, make full use of residential areas and community marginal areas, strengthen space guidance from the macro layout, and reserve space scientifically. |
