In the evaluation of education quality, the learning effect of students has always been regarded as an important dimension to evaluate the educational effect.Among them, students' math learning performance is one of the main indicators to reflect the math learning effect, and teachers' guidance and students' math learning strategies are considered as important factors to influence students' math learning performance. This study by reviewing related literature, draw lessons from the relevant test preparation of junior middle school students from PISA2012 perception of mathematical learning strategies questionnaire, and under the guidance of teachers, and using correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model, the junior middle school students perception of teachers' guidance and the use of mathematics learning strategies and math scores were statistically analyzed, not only to explore the perception of teachers' guidance, learning strategies in junior high school students as a single variable effect on mathematics performance, but also to explore the teachers' guidance and learning strategies of mathematics result comprehensive effects, which test whether learning strategies in the teachers' guidance and play intermediary effect between math achievement. The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the teacher guidance of junior high school students' perception is at the above average level, and there is no significant difference in the teacher guidance of junior high school students' perception in different genders, grades and achievement levels.(2)The three kinds of the use of learning strategies of junior middle school students was also average level, the use of different gender three types of learning strategies in junior high school students there is no significant difference, but the use of different grade three in junior high school students learning strategies, three kinds of learning strategy use,the highest level of grade one junior school students grade students in second only to the first, second day students to use the lowest levels; The use of the three kinds of mathematical strategies is also different for students with different achievement levels.(3)The teacher guidance of junior high school students' perception has a direct positive impact on their math performance. The fine strategy and control strategy of the three learning strategies also have a positive impact on their math performance, and the teacher guidance of junior high school students' perception also has a positive impact on the three learning strategies.(4)The junior high school students to use the fine strategy, the control strategy in the three types of learning strategies in junior middle school students perception of teachers' guidance and partial intermediary role between math scores, suggesting that this shows that the junior middle school students perceive can not only directly affect the students' mathematics performance under the guidance of teachers, can also indirectly by fine strategy, the control strategy to influence students' math scores.
