With the continuous development of the Master of Education in China,the scale of graduate students has also been significantly improved,and the development of the professionalization of teachers has been promoted.However,with the expansion of enrollment,the problem of employment for masters of education has become increasingly severe.Modern education technology,as the branch of education masters,is also constantly facing crisis and challenge in the employment of primary and secondary schools.In order to better understand the employment situation of postgraduates for education in the direction of modern education technology,this paper takes the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example,and adopts questionnaires,interviews,and other research methods to equip graduates of modern education technology in Ningxia X University for employment in primary and secondary schools.The problem and its causes are further explored.The study found that due to the low awareness of fostering cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools,the unsound mechanism,the heightened emphasis on educational practice,and the lack of employment guidance and career planning,the graduates of modern education and technology are actually employed in primary and secondary schools.There is no significant professional advantage,low social awareness,a low degree of integration between the supply of talents and the needs of primary and secondary schools,as well as problems in the employment orientation of graduate students and the needs of urban and rural primary and secondary school teachers.Therefore,this article believes that the following paths should be used to promote the education of modern graduate students in primary and secondary school education.The government should take the initiative and strengthen the control of professional understanding and supply and demand structure;cultivate colleges and universities to face the market and take the needs of primary and secondary schools as the starting point.We will update personnel training programs,improve cooperation mechanisms with primary and secondary schools,strengthen the professional quality of postgraduates for education in the direction of modern educational technology,and improve the quality of personnel training;postgraduates must also constantly increase their employment competitiveness,and timely adjust their attitudes toward employment so that they can learn Long,specializing in surgery,to better play their own professional advantages.
