Primary and secondary school teachers are important force in the development of the healthy and orderly public education enterprise in our country,the stage of primary and secondary schools play a decisive role for talent development in the future,with the continuous development of education undertakings,in 1986,China's system of primary and secondary school teachers titles,2009 will be the primary title,and post recruitment system links up with institution,China's system of primary and secondary school teachers titles in order to better promote the development of education undertakings are also constantly adjust,from the original evaluation and employment separation to the combination,this shift is good at the same time,there also exist many problems,how to further improve the mechanism of the primary and secondary school teachers job employment,It is an important subject that needs to be studied at present to fully release the vitality of the system,to maximize the enthusiasm of teachers,and to continuously improve the quality of teaching,so as to promote the continuous progress of public education in primary and secondary schools.This paper takes the employment situation of primary and secondary school teachers in A District of Yangzhou City as the research object,in the literature to understand the domestic and foreign relevant practice,on the basis of introduction to A zone of the present condition of the post employment,through a series of data and charts,Yangzhou area A primary and secondary school teachers hired senior jobs in short supply,job recruitment assessment is simple,combined with work practice,further expounds the unreasonable salary system,job employment exit mechanism is imperfect,evaluation system is not sound and so on are the main root cause problems,based on the two-factor theory,demand hierarchy theory,This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects of changing the understanding of the post employment system of primary and secondary school teachers,establishing a scientific and reasonable salary system,establishing A post employment withdrawal mechanism,and establishing and improving the assessment and evaluation system after the employment of primary and secondary school teachers,in order to provide ideas for the improvement of the job employment of primary and secondary school teachers in A District of Yangzhou City,and at the same time provide reference and suggestions for the social education of primary and secondary schools,and promote the continuous improvement of the public education of primary and secondary schools.
