The rapid development of the world today is a pressure and an opportunity for all countries.Education has been given more requirements as the cornerstone of national development.The first resource of education is the teacher.The improvement of the teacher's own quality is closely related to the quality of the education.As the leader of the teacher team,the key teachers give priority to training them to play the role of radiation guidance for the entire teacher team.Primary and secondary schools are the enlightening stages of quality education and have a major impact on education.Especially the shortage of subjects such as body,sound and beauty,teachers' teaching concepts are backward,and the shortage of knowledge leads to imminent post-service training.In 2010,the state implemented the National Training Plan for Primary and Secondary School Teachers(hereinafter referred to as the “National Training Program”)in order to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers and optimize teachers' resource allocation.After deepening the implementation of the new curriculum reform and national training plan,post-service training for key sports teachers in primary and secondary schools has received increasing attention.This study takes the quality assurance of post-employment training for key sports teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xinxiang City as the research object.In the 2016-2017 two years,100 students attending the training course for key teachers in shortcomings(sports)in Xinxiang City,Henan Normal University Survey object.Using literature,interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods to investigate the status quo of post-employment training of backbone teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xinxiang City.The results show that the age structure of the participating teachers is mainly young and middle-aged;on the gender structure,the number of men is significantly greater than that of women,and the ratio of men and women is inconsistent;on the structure of the teaching age,there are too many teachers of higher education age,and the training population is basically occupied.Half;title structure,there are fewer high-level teachers,lack of scientific research capabilities and backbone strength.In terms of educational structure,basically there are bachelor degree qualifications,and fewer master's degree or above.In terms of training attitude,most teachers have a good attitude.However,some teachers still lack understanding of training policies and have a strong utilitarian attitude.The contents of the training theory are separate from the practice.The contents of the courses are relatively lagged and the forms of training are single.The training teachers cannot meet the training requirements.The actual needs of teachers in Xinxiang;training management is not perfect,lack of rigor and feedback guidance;training evaluation method is single,lack of standard evaluation system.Although the post-employment training for key teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xinxiang City has achieved certain results,it has greatly helped updating the teaching concept,improving teaching ability,and improving professional skills.However,there are still some problems in the quality of the training.This study starts with the internal and external quality assurance system and analyzes the influencing factors of training quality.The internal influence factors are as follows: Some of the participating teachers are languishing in their ideas and concepts,lack of enthusiasm for post-employment training;the training units lack the need for training before training;the training objectives are not clear;the training content is lagging and overlapping,and the training forms are single and old;The structure of the teaching staff is irrational.The external influence factors are as follows: The training management evaluation system is not perfect;training funds are not guaranteed;and the training policies and systems of the local government and education authorities are not perfect.According to the existing factors of internal and external impact training quality,the following countermeasures are proposed by strengthening internal quality assurance and improving external quality assurance.Strengthen the internal quality assurance measures as follows: establish correct ideas and ideas,mobilize training enthusiasm;carry out effective demand research,develop targeted training objectives;optimize training content,innovate training methods;rationally allocate teachers and improve the quality of teachers.Improve the internal quality assurance measures as follows: the implementation of safeguard training funds;improve the meticulous training management;integration of the establishment of assessment and evaluation system,to develop and improve the incentive mechanism;the final integration of internal and external quality assurance,strengthen pre-service training post-service integration.
