With the continuous deepening of the new round of college entrance examination reform and the guidance of relevant education policies,the theoretical research results of the shift system have been fruitful and effective,providing professional guidance for many schools that have implemented and are about to implement the shift system;at the same time,In the practice of the shift system,many places have formed a prosperous situation of multi-disciplinary,multistage,and multi-school districts.However,these studies are mostly concentrated in the eastern regions,such as Beijing,Shanghai,and Jiangsu,from a geographical point of view.Regarding the relevant research in Sichuan Province,from the perspective of the author's knowledge,it is relatively scarce.Although the main reason may be that Chengdu has not yet officially implemented it,some middle schools have entered the ranks of the shift system ahead of schedule.Therefore,this research attempts to take Chengdu T Middle School,a school that implemented the shift system in advance,as the research object,summarize its experience and results,refine its theoretical value,and analyze the practical difficulties encountered in the practice and exploration of the shift system in T.,Combined with the implementation experience and development trend of the shift system at home and abroad,tentatively put forward a positive response strategy,hoping to provide certain reference significance and reference value for the new round of college entrance examination reform to be launched in Chengdu and even Sichuan Province.The author selects T in Chengdu,where the shift system has been implemented,as a research case,and conducts interviews and observations on the attitudes,teaching content,cultural construction,interpersonal communication,and mental health of teachers and students after the shift system is implemented.The practice of "class system" as a form of teaching organization is utilitarian in the task dimension,students' choice is limited,school resource planning awareness is lacking,and test-oriented.In the structural dimension,teacher participation rate needs to be improved,and the class management system needs to be improved."Teaching" and "education" are separated;in the personnel dimension,there are disputes in the level setting,the teacher evaluation indicators are not detailed enough,the incentive method is facing difficulties,and the temporal and spatial changes hinder communication;in the technical dimension,the scheduling system needs to be optimized and the information platform construction Hysteresis.Based on this,this research combines Levitt's systemic transformation model and proposes effective countermeasures from the five dimensions of task,structure,technology,personnel,and environment,in an effort to enrich and deepen the theoretical research on shift system,and boost the research theory of shift system in my country The healthy development of the construction.First,clarify goals and integrate resources from the task level of volunteer reporting,career planning,and selection guidance plans;second,improve school management efficiency from the structural level of clarifying hierarchical models and implementing distributed leadership;Adjust the teaching process and other personnel-level innovative concepts,and appropriately evaluate them;finally,realize the intelligent management of the shift system from the technical level of information platform construction and epidemic prevention and control;in addition,from the external environment support level,this research proposes to provide Fixed subject combinations,or formed a regional alliance,so that "shifting" was expanded to "schooling";at the same time,by calling for relevant policies to standardize the chaos of shifting.
