The World Health Organization once proposed: A healthy lifestyle is the cornerstone of health.With the rapid development of society nowadays,unhealthy lifestyles such as staying up late,improper diet,smoking,alcoholism,and sedentary life are slowly devouring the bodies of young people,and their health is declining;they are subsequently suffering from malnutrition,obesity,high uric acid,and high myopia It has been replaced by chronic non-communicable diseases such as high blood pressure and high blood pressure,seriously endangering the lives and health of children and adolescents.The "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Outline for Building a Powerful Sports Country" clearly stated that improving the physical literacy of young people and developing a healthy lifestyle will be an important task in the content of school physical education.For the full implementation of the youth sports promotion plan,the government,Educational administrative departments and the school's assessment system should include students' physical fitness level.This article takes our country compulsory education phase of the implementation of a healthy lifestyle in the elementary school sports education way and content as the research object,using literature method,survey method and interview method to our country school sports health way of life education in the analysis of existing problems,based on lifestyle and lifelong education theory and the characteristics of sports discipline on healthy life style education content and methods were discussed.Through the research and analysis of the investigated content,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Physical exercise is a part of a healthy lifestyle,and sports can promote the formation of a healthy lifestyle.Primary school is an important stage to cultivate good habits and form a healthy lifestyle.It is necessary to effectively implement healthy lifestyle education in the aspects of healthy diet lifestyle,healthy sleep lifestyle,healthy exercise lifestyle and healthy interpersonal communication lifestyle in the physical education of primary school.(2)Some primary school students in Dongguan do better in eating than in sleeping;The diversity of after-school activities is conducive to the implementation of healthy lifestyle education for students from different angles.Although the students' preparation before sports activities is not ideal,but in the process of sports behavior consciousness performance is good;Students may know something or more about emergency management and injury prevention.(3)School PE mainly focuses on sports practice teaching.In the teaching process,Dongguan PE teachers tend to ignore some sports safety education,and do not timely carry out related health education to students in PE teaching.(4)The number of hours of physical education theory courses in schools in Dongguan is relatively small,and physical education hours are replaced or occupied.The lack of physical education hours cannot meet students' needs for health knowledge.Besides,the training frequency of health education for PE teachers is less,and the training of PE teachers is lack of systematic training,and the knowledge reserve of implementing healthy lifestyle education in PE teaching is not enough.(5)There are many ways to implement healthy lifestyle education in school physical education.First,physical education class,including physical education theory class and physical education practice class;Second,extracurricular sports activities,organized in the form of big break,sports training,sports competitions,etc.Physical education content and healthy life style education organic integration,timely implementation.
