Movement is the most basic element in various sports,and the ability to move is also the basic ability of human performance.Almost every sports event requires people involved in sports to move reasonably at a specific speed and trajectory.Therefore,there are many mobile abilities.It has an extremely important position in sports.On the other hand,mobility has a positive effect on the level of muscle development and neurodevelopment,which can promote physical and mental development and motor skills learning.With the vigorous development of campus football,school football classes have gradually become the main body of football teaching,and football matches have also shown a multi-form and diversified development trend.This has become a hot topic on how to carry out scientific football teaching and training at this stage.Therefore,letting students master safe,reasonable and efficient basic movements is the basis for linking football movements with technical and tactical links.This research mainly adopts research methods such as literature data method,expert survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,and conducts experimental research on the influence of basic movement pattern training on pupils' multi-directional movement ability.In this paper,116 sixth-grade students were selected as experimental subjects after homogeneity test in Majuqiao Central Primary School in Beijing,and they were divided into experimental group and control group by random grouping by class.The control group used conventional football teaching during the experimental intervention process,and the experimental group added basic action mode training content to the basic part of the football class.The article selects six test indicators: 30-meter acceleration test,Pro run test,T-run test,Illinois run test,Nebraska run test,and AFL sensitivity test(with ball),which are tested before and after the experiment.,Through the intervention,the following conclusions were drawn:1.From the before and after comparison within the group,the results of the six tests in the experimental group showed very significant differences.In the control group,only the results of the AFL sensitivity test(with ball)showed very significant differences,while the other five scores were not significant.Differences indicate that basic movement pattern training helps students master the correct movement pattern and has a significant effect on improving the ability to move in multiple directions.2.From the comparison between the groups after the test,the 30-meter acceleration run,T-run,Illinois run,Nebraska run and other test indicators show very significant differences,which are very significant for Pro run and AFL(with ball)The test scores have improved to a certain extent,but there is no significant difference compared with the control group.It shows that the training effect of basic movement mode can improve students' multi-directional movement ability.3.From the comparison within and between groups of different genders,the increase in the various tests of the men and women of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,and it has a certain improvement in the Pro running and AFL sensitive running tests(with the ball),but Compared with the control group,there were no significant differences.This also proves from another aspect that basic movement pattern training is more effective.4.The basic movement pattern training and test items have a high degree of agreement,paying attention to the training of the nervous system,and following the law of the physical and mental development of primary school students,which are of great significance to enhancing the physical fitness of students.And practice is full of changes can mobilize enthusiasm,suitable for students to practice in football class.
