Under the trend of scientific training of competitive sports,the development of movement has become an important part of scientific training.As the basic unit for providing all the competitive sports ability and skills and tactics,the movement pattern is the smallest unit that determines the athlete's sports performance.It is essential for the athlete to master various special sports skills and tactics and play the highest level of sports.As an emerging physical function training method,functional movement training has attracted extensive attention in the field of sports training at home and abroad in terms of improving athletes' special movement patterns and improving performance levels.However,the practicality and science of functional movement training in improving movement patterns is still controversialPurpose:Based on literature review and practical needs,this study uses meta-analysis,lateral functional motion screening and longitudinal functional movement training intervention to explore the role of functional movement training in improving the special movement pattern,and provide theoretical support and practice for functional movement training to improve the special movement pattern.Methods:(1)Meta Analysis:The impact of functional movement training on improving basketball special movement pattern.Through the search of China Knowledge Network(CNKI),VIP database(VIP),Wanfang database,Hong Kong Chinese University Digital Library(CUHK)and Hong Kong Book Network(HKALL)to obtain relevant literature,using pre-established literature inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria for final screening of the literature work,using the literature extrmovement table and the Jadad standard for the final data extrmovement and quality evaluation of the literature,and finally using the Reviewer Manager5.3software version for meta-analysis,using chi-squared and I2 to test the heterogeneity between the studies,the effect pattern uses a random effects pattern;(2)Horizontal functional movement screening.8 chemical male basketball players were selected as the research object,using functional motion screening to carry out the top deep squat movement pattern,the hurdle upper step movement pattern,the straight lung step movement pattern,the shoulder flexible movement pattern,The evaluation of the active knee straight leg movement pattern,the trunk stability push-up operation pattern,and the rotational stabilization operation pattern were performed;(3)Longitudinal functional exercise training intervention.8 knees were used for the back of the knee,the arms were stretched against the wall,the deep hoe was lifted-the rope trainer assisted,the stepped pull,the standing posture,the vibration table assisted Functional movements such as chopping under one leg stability,twisting of the twist,stepping after the dumbbell,and lifting the squat under stability,and correcting the special movement pattern for 8 weeks and 3-4 times per week.Results:(1)Through the literature retrieval of the relevant electronic databases,four articles that met the requirements were included.WMD=1.07,95%CI(0.601.54)was obtained by analyzing the final included literature,with a total effect value of 4.48,P < 0.00001,It has statistical significance,and there is a significant difference between the measured data before and after the experiment;(2)The FMS results of 8 basketball players showed that among the 8 subjects,the highest screening score was 18 points,the lowest screening score was 13 points,the average screening score was 15.25 points,and the standard deviation was 1.71.There were 3 players with less than 14 points(including 14 points),accounting for 37.5% of the total number of subjects,indicating that there were hidden dangers in the action pattern of the subjects;(3)Eight basketball players are designed according to the screening scores of each action pattern.The first level is the athletes who score 3 points,the design type is the "optimized" action mode correction scheme,the second level is the athletes who score 2 points,the design type is the "improvement" action mode correction scheme,the third level is the athletes who score 0 and 1 points,and the design type is "improvem-ent" action mode correction scheme,the third level is the athletes who score 0 and 1 points,the first level is the athletes who score 3 points,and the second level is the athletes who score 2 points.According to different levels,three kinds of training schemes with different levels of difficulty and intensity were designed.Research conclusions:(1)Meta-analysis shows that functional exercise training has a significant effect on improving basketball movement pattern,and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent functional exercise training in this paper to improve the basketball special movement pattern;(2)The results of two FMS tests before and after the experimental objects show that the score of FMS test can effectively measure the level of athletes' action mode,reflect the problems existing in athletes' action mode to a great extent,and provide strong support for the subsequent development of functional movement training;(3)After training,the total score of each screening pattern(M=17.75)was significantly higher than the total score of each screening pattern measured before training(M=15.25)(P=.000),which indicates that the function was passed.After the movement training,the scores of the functional movement screening of the eight athletes were significantly improved,and the corresponding special movement pattern of the basketball was effectively improved.
