With the advent of the big data era,teaching resources are becoming more and more plentiful,and classroom teaching methods are becoming more diversified.Animation teaching has become a teaching method widely used in high school biology classrooms.Through the investigation of animation resources and the application status of classroom animation teaching in middle schools,it is found that the current animation resources have few animation resources,a large amount of content,incomprehensible English commentary,incomprehensible English subtitles,and poor interactivity;in classroom teaching On the other hand,there are phenomena that students only pay attention to animation images and ignore knowledge,and that animation resources do not match the needs of classroom teaching.In order to solve the problems of animation resources and classroom animation teaching,the author conducts research on the representation of animation knowledge content and the effect of animation teaching,hoping to provide certain reference significance for this research fields.This study takes the concept of biofilm system in the first high school biology compulsory middle school as an example,combs the knowledge of biofilm based on the cognitive theory of multimedia learning,and based on the knowledge and experience of students in different classroom teaching links,it is used in different classroom teaching modes.The animation knowledge is divided into blocks and segmented.In order to solve the problem of the current animation resources with more knowledge content and not matching the classroom teaching needs.In addition,this research is based on the principles of animation production,using software such as love editing and flash to add Chinese subtitles,Chinese dubbing,and interactive buttons to the animation to achieve segmentation of animation content,improve the characterization effect of animation knowledge,in order to solve the problem that students only pay attention to animation images and ignore them.The question of knowledge.In terms of the promotion of concept teaching by the use of animation,it will be segmented into flash interactive animations suitable for different classroom teaching needs before,during and after class.Animations are applied to classroom teaching based on random access teaching theory.In teaching practice,the use of educational experiment methods allows teachers to teach original animation and flash interactive animation in two classes of the same level,and use flash interactive animation in two different levels of classes for teaching,which is convenient for the promotion of the animation of this research on the teaching effect.Quantitative analysis.Through a questionnaire survey of teachers,the result is that 82% of teachers believe that the flash interactive animation in this study is interactive,applicable,effective,pertinent,and artistic,and has a promoting effect on classroom teaching.A questionnaire survey was conducted among students in two classes of different levels.Through independent sample t-tests on the data results,the students in the two classes expressed unanimous recognition of the flash interactive animation in improving attention,promoting knowledge understanding,and liking.Based on interviews with some teachers and students,it is found that the flash interactive animation in this study has the advantages of being close to middle school textbooks,being suitable for different classroom teaching links,improving students' attention and learning interest,and promoting students' understanding of knowledge.However,it has the advantages of dubbing and animation content.There are still some shortcomings in expanding the depth.Through practical and verification,it is concluded that the flash interactive animation developed for the concept of biofilm system in this study effectively improves the characterization effect of animation;stimulates students' enthusiasm for learning,highlights important and difficult knowledge,and promotes students' understanding of knowledge;Teachers' classroom teaching styles increase the interaction between teachers and students.Finally,it is suggested that in addition to the use of animation teaching in a class,teachers should also use different forms of activity teaching for the same knowledge,so as to promote students to understand knowledge.
