High school is a new start for most students.They come to new schools,meet new teachers,new classmates,and learn new courses.When students come to high school with passion and hope,they find themselves unable to keep up with the teacher's rhythm.The learning process is also more difficult than the junior high school,especially the physics subject,which is one of the most difficult subjects for high school students.Many students have very low physical scores in the first examination of senior one.Due to the difference between junior high school and senior middle school,the differences between teachers' teaching methods and students' learning methods make it difficult for senior one to adapt themselves to physics learning in senior high school.However,the physical course is very systematic.It is very important to choose the appropriate teaching methods so that the students can adapt to the high school physical learning as soon as possible.This article first gives a brief overview of the classification and selection of teaching methods,and then investigates and studies the three aspects of arousing the students' learning motivation,the connection of the early and high school knowledge,and guiding the students to learn independently in the teaching.So we can find a teaching method that enables students to better adapt to physical learning.In the course of teaching,using appropriate teaching methods to stimulate students' learning motivation can attract students' attention,activate students' desire for knowledge and explore desire,and can effectively improve the students' learning efficiency.There are many factors affecting students' learning motivation.In this paper,the factors that affect students' learning motivation are analyzed through questionnaire survey,interview and understanding,and some teaching methods which can stimulate students' motivation are summarized according to my three years' teaching experience and the suggestions of other physics teachers.In the early and high school knowledge connection part,I mainly through the comparison of the contents of the early and high school textbooks,find the same and different knowledge points,carry on the comparative analysis,then find the junior high school knowledge that can be used in high school,and use it in the high school teaching process.For the different knowledge in high school and high school,we need to focus on the students.Release,so as not to cause students to understand confusion.And through questionnaires,we can understand students' understanding and perception of junior high school knowledge,so as to arrange teaching reasonably.In the study of teaching methods to guide students' autonomous learning,I set up experimental classes and contrast classes through the design of teaching practice.In the experimental class,I guide students to learn independently,let the students as the master of the class,explore and communicate themselves,and compare the class according to the normal teaching method.And the design of the classroom performance rating scale for the students to carry out a quantitative analysis and comparison of the classroom performance,after the end of the course of the students to carry out a questionnaire survey,so as to understand what kind of attitude to this kind of teaching method students.After a week's end of the course,students are asked to take a quiz in this class to test the teaching effect of this lesson.Finally,the research results of this paper are not enough to summarize and reflect.
