There is a commendation that the education of China is the education ofindoctrination rather than inquiry. In teaching, it is said that there are the olderstudents, the fewer problems. So how to stimulate students’ interest in junior middleschool becomes important. The first junior middle school, which located in remoteand backward areas of Wenshan, Yunnan, has created “five-step self-learningpedagogy†by exporting, inquiring and practicing. The steps of it are the targetdisplay, self-learning, and group mutual learning, teachers coaching, Trainingextension.Physics teaching in junior middle school is the perfect combination of theoryand practice discipline. But many teachers has been affecting by traditional ideas sothat their teaching methods imprison the students’ creative abilities. And thissituation makes students fall in a passive learning. In order to change the situationand improve the teaching performance, physics teacher in the first junior middleschool determine to study “five-step self-learning pedagogy " and apply it to physicsteaching.First of all, this study introduces the concept of "teaching model" and "five-stepself-learning pedagogy ", analyzing the theoretical basis of it. Then the authordescribes and explains "five-step self-learning and teachingâ€, the implementationprocess and teaching strategies in physics teaching of junior middle school. Finally,the theoretical results have been applied to teaching activity in Class250and252offirst junior high school. The author applies the questionnaires and experimentalstudy in teaching for one year. And then the author gets the result that "five-stepself-learning pedagogy†is feasible and operational to put into physics teaching injunior middle school. And it is also worth promoting in teaching. By using "five-stepself-learning pedagogy", it can be helpful to stimulate students’ interest and developstudents’ autonomous ability. What’s more, it can also improve the physicalperformance in teaching. |
