Labor is the way of people's existence,which not only creates people,but also promotes people's free and all-round development.Labor education is an important link to promote students' all-round development,and it is also an important way to implement the fundamental task of “moral education and people”.Our party and state attach great importance to labor education,strengthen the planning and deployment of labor education,and promulgate the relevant documents on the implementation of labor education.As the main channel of ideological and political education for students,ideological and political courses in senior high schools should provide labor education for students.Based on this,this paper explores the realistic path of strengthening labor education in senior high school ideological and political courses through empirical research.This paper mainly discusses from three parts: concept definition,current situation investigation and countermeasure inquiry.The first part: Mainly defining the concept from three aspects: labor education and high school ideological and political labor education,and discussing the significance of strengthening labor education in senior high school ideological and political courses.Strengthening labor education in ideological and political courses in senior high schools is not only conducive to helping students form correct labor values and good labor quality,and promoting students' all-round development,but also conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of building morality and educating people and contributing to the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The second part: Mainly investigating the current situation of labor education in ideological and political courses in senior high schools.By analyzing and summarizing the results of questionnaires and interviews,it is found that there are some problems in the teaching of ideological and political courses,such as high school students' labor quality to be strengthened,teachers' low grasp of labor education objectives,single teaching methods and imperfect teaching evaluation.On this basis,the causes of these problems are discussed,mainly from three aspects: the negative impact of exam-oriented education,students' cultural diversity,teachers' labor education concepts and abilities.The third part:Aiming at the problems existing in carrying out labor education in ideological and political courses,this paper mainly discusses the ways to strengthen labor education in ideological and political courses in senior high schools from four aspects.First,the ideological and political teachers should take measures to improve their labor quality to consolidate the foundation of labor education,including changing labor concepts,strengthening the study of labor theory knowledge,improving labor education ability and devoting themselves to labor practice.Second,relying on classroom teaching to ensure the effectiveness of labor education.Teachers of ideological and political courses should pay attention to scientifically designing the goals of labor education and cultivating the core literacy of disciplines when carrying out labor education;It is necessary to dig deep into the resources of labor education in teaching materials and further enrich the content of labor education;It is necessary to innovate teaching methods and adopt comprehensive teaching forms such as topic-based teaching,discrimination-based teaching and situation creation to stimulate students' interest in learning.Third,expanding extracurricular practice to strengthen the effectiveness of labor education.Teachers should make full use of campus labor education culture and deepen students' theoretical cognition of labor education;It is necessary to fully tap the effective resources of society and consolidate the social foundation of labor education;With the help of housework experience,labor education theory should be put into practice.Fourth,optimizing the evaluation system of labor education and giving full play to the incentive function of the evaluation mechanism.In the evaluation system of labor education,we should diversify the teaching evaluation subjects,not only pay attention to the evaluation of teachers,but also we should realize the combination of self-evaluation and mutual evaluation of students;Comprehensive evaluation content,paying attention to the evaluation of subject core literacy;The evaluation methods are diversified,combining quantitative and qualitative methods.
