After the reform and opening up,the economic structure has been adjusted,causing many people to leave their hometowns to work in economically developed cities to increase their income.Northeast Koreans in neighboring South Korea because of their own language advantages and their proximity to South Korea,many people,especially young and middle-aged people,choose to work in South Korea.Education is born of this.This change breaks the conventional family education model and replaces the parent-child education model with the generational education model.Generational education has now become the most important parenting method for bereaved children in my country.The long-standing lack of parental roles in education between generations and "parents between generations" has caused some problems in children's psychological development,behavioral formation and socialization.In addition,Left-behind children and their grandparents are disadvantaged groups in society.They can only trust each other and form a situation of weak and weak assistance.These are the negative effects that generational education has that cannot be ignored.This article begins with empirical research that takes the surviving children and grandparents of multinational migrant workers in Harbin's Korean Y village as the research objects.Through interviews with relevant subjects and personally participating observations,research is carried out on left-behind children,grandparents,surrounding residents and teachers under the background of inter-generational education.Wait for the main part to do the research.It has been found that education between generations of Korean multinational immigrant families has recurring educational concepts,inappropriate parents and low levels of educational needs.In addition,it has also been found that educational problems between generations in the families of Korean multinational immigrant workers are more complicated than ordinary families left behind and have certain peculiarities.For these issues,the author takes social work as a foothold,and takes ecosystem theory and social support theory as the theoretical basis.Need to intervene in social work for families between generations and educate professionals social services for service objects.Finally,based on the results of actual investigation and research and the specific circumstances of the intervention,some specific suggestions are put forward of generational education in Korean multinational migrant families.Expect that after the intervention of social work,the intergenerational education problem of Korean multinational migrant workers will to some extent be solved,and the public will also raise awareness of left-behind children of ethnic minorities,together to help left-behind children grow up healthily.
