The PEP edition of General High School Textbook Chemistry · Compulsory Volume One(2019 edition)was successfully compiled in the latest round of chemistry curriculum reform and was widely used now.So how do chemistry teachers use this textbook? What factors affect the use of teachers? This research has established a classification system for teachers' use of textbooks, compiled an interview outline for teachers' use of textbooks, conducted semi-structured interviews, combined with grounded theory, and extracted factors that affect teachers' use of textbooks.First, collect and comment on the use of textbooks, apply grounded theory research related literature, clarify grounded theoretical analysis methods, summarize the classification standards for the use of teacher textbooks, and establish the use, adjustment, replacement, creation, and omission of teacher textbook use levels Classification system.Secondly, taking the established level classification system as the framework, combined with the teaching videos of the 2019 Jining City Teaching Experts Competition for six high school chemistry teachers, the six teachers' teaching behaviors were divided into the use of textbooks, and the high school chemistry teachers were compiled.Interview outline for the use of textbooks and influencing factors. Then, the method of qualitative interviews was used to carry out the actual measurement:semi-structured interviews with six chemistry teachers in senior high schools in the instructional video were conducted to gain in-depth understanding of teachers' views on the use of the new textbook from multiple angles. Then, the interview audio was transcribed, and grounded theory was used to analyze the three-level coding of the interview transcript, and the factors that affected teachers' use of textbooks were extracted. Finally, based on the research conclusions, suggestions are made for teachers' textbook use and compilation. The research results show that:(1)There are five situations in the teachers' using process of textbooks: use, adjustment, replacement, creation, and omission.(2)Teachers,textbooks,curriculum resources, students and contextual play an important role in the teachers' using process of the textbook.Among them, the teacher himself is the most important factor that affects the use of textbooks.Research innovations:(1)The interview outline used in the newly compiled chemistry textbook provides a new tool for reference in the evaluation of the textbook's use of chemistry teachers;(2)The extracted factors that influence the use of textbooks by teachers provide a new basis for teachers to use textbooks better.
