In order to adapt to the trend of education reform in the world and to improve the international competitiveness of education in China,the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China has put forward the educational policy of core quality.The Ministry of Education has put forward the system of core literacy for students in each academic period through research,and defined the essential character and key ability that students should have to adapt to the needs of life-long development and social development.The core accomplishment of mathematics discipline cultivates students' six qualities of mathematical abstraction,logical reasoning,mathematical modeling,intuitive imagination,mathematical operation and data analysis.The development of the school is inseparable from the development of students.The development of teachers' profession is also inseparable from the development of students.And the development of students is inseparable from good classroom teaching management.The ultimate goal of classroom teaching management is to ensure the successful achievement of teaching objectives and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.Therefore,the problem of classroom teaching management has been paid more and more attention.The majority of the students in the sample schools are not very good at math,and the internal driving force of students is insufficient,and even most of the students are resistant to and weary of learning math.The author has faithfully recorded some typical problems found by other math teachers in math classroom teaching and after-class tutoring since teaching and other math teachers.Combining the core accomplishment of mathematics discipline and the research results of classroom teaching management,this paper expounds the characteristics of junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching management from four aspects: classroom teaching time,classroom teaching situation,classroom teaching language and teacher and student emotion in classroom teaching.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the classroom teaching of junior high school mathematics in the sample schools,and then from the four aspects of classroom teaching time,classroom teaching situation,classroom teaching language and the emotion of teachers and students in classroom teaching,summed up the effective solutions to the management of classroom teaching of junior high school mathematics in the sample schools,and effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching of junior high school mathematics in the sample schools.Develop students' mathematical quality and mathematical ability.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the reason of the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods,the research status at home and abroad and the definition of the core introduction.The second part elaborates the requirements of junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching management from the perspective of core literacy:reasonable use of classroom teaching time to improve students' learning efficiency,good use of classroom teaching situation to cultivate students' learning interest,clever use of classroom teaching language to guide and develop students' thinking,good use of teachers and students' emotions in classroom teaching to stimulate students' potential.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems of junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching management from the perspective of discipline core accomplishment.The existing problems mainly include: The teachers can not make reasonable use of classroom teaching time to develop students' mathematical thinking,the teachers can not effectively create classroom teaching situation to attract students' attention,the teachers do not pay attention to the use of teaching language to guide students' problem-solving thinking,and the teachers do not pay attention to the emotional communication between teachers and students in classroom teaching.The fourth part is the optimization strategies for the problems existing in junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching management from the perspective of discipline core accomplishment:Optimization of time management of junior high school mathematics classroom teaching,optimization of situation management of junior high school mathematics classroom teaching,optimization of language management of junior high school mathematics classroom teaching and optimization of teacher and student emotion management of junior high school mathematics classroom teaching from the perspective of discipline core accomplishment.
