Innovation is one of the essential qualities of talents in the 21 st century,and it has become the core competitiveness for the sustainable development of countries,organizations and individuals.It has become the consensus of the whole society to attach importance to the cultivation of talent innovation quality.The new information technology curriculum standards not only put forward the goal of cultivating students' core literacy,but also emphasize the adoption of diversified teaching strategies to stimulate students' cooperation and exploration.In the course of curriculum reform,inquiry teaching increasingly shows its advantages in cultivating students' advanced thinking and comprehensive ability.Based on this,this study starts from three aspects of innovative personality,innovative thinking and innovative practice,design and implement inquiry-based teaching,and conduct theoretical and practical exploration on the cultivation of students' innovative quality in junior middle school information technology teaching.Based on existing research literature,this study adopts action research,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,and mainly carries out the following four aspects of work: First,through sorting out relevant literature,grasp and analyze the connotation,components and specific performance of innovation literacy.Second,through the investigation to understand the current situation of junior high school students' innovation literacy,found that the existing problems such as dare not challenge,the solution to the problem is relatively fixed,lack of confidence and independence.Combined with the advantages of inquiry-based teaching,the value of inquiry-based teaching for cultivating students' innovative quality is clearly analyzed.Thirdly,based on the general process of inquiry-based teaching,the inquiry-based teaching process oriented to the cultivation of innovation literacy is preliminarily designed by combining the connotation,needs and training links of inquiry-based teaching and innovation literacy training with the purpose of cultivating innovation literacy.Fourthly,conduct three rounds of action research,constantly reflect,revise and improve the designed inquiry teaching process through teaching practice.Finally,the questionnaire data analysis and interviews were conducted to verify the effectiveness of inquiry-based teaching in cultivating students' innovative literacy.The results proved that the inquiry-based teaching designed by the research institute and related practical processes could promote the cultivation of students' innovative literacy.In the process of design and application of inquiry-based teaching oriented to the cultivation of innovation literacy,this research not only pays attention to stimulating students' desire for inquiry,effectively guiding students' inquiry process,but also gives students full freedom of inquiry.Combined with the specific teaching content,explore the fact knowledge,procedural knowledge and other different teaching content of the inquiry teaching design,pay attention to the creation of classroom innovation atmosphere,through the teaching activities to train students' innovative thinking habits,improve their innovative ability.In addition,oral communication and report writing are used to guide students to reflect on their exploratory process,accumulate exploratory experience and form exploratory strategies,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating students' innovative quality.The results of this study provide useful reference for the cultivation of innovation literacy in junior middle school information technology teaching.
