As an educational practice combining education with labor,labor education is not only an important way for students to explore,discover and improve themselves,but also an important channel to implement quality education and promote students’ all-round development.In September 10,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the national education conference that we should carry forward the spirit of labour among our students,intensify the efforts to expand labour education,and adhere to the "five principles of education and development",which has opened up a new development pattern for labor education and made labor education a powerful implementation and guarantee.At present,the development of labor education in primary school education is in a dispensable state.Labor education is in vain,and primary school students’ labor concept and consciousness are weak.Therefore,the development of labor education in primary school is imperative.And the primary school stage is the key period for the development of students,and it is also an important period for the implementation of labor education and the cultivation of labor literacy.As an important part of labor education activities,labor education evaluation is not only an important measure and means to measure the realization of school labor education goals,but also an important standard to test the quality of school labor education.Therefore,this study takes the evaluation of labor education as the starting point and CIPP evaluation model as the framework to build the evaluation system of labor education in primary schools.It guides the practice of labor education by evaluating and considering the development,implementation,effect and implementation of relevant safeguard measures of labor education,so as to promote the order and effectiveness of the development of labor education in primary schools.This study mainly uses the literature method,expert consultation method,expert ranking method,questionnaire survey method,and uses spss25.0 as the main analysis software to analyze the survey data.According to the process of "index preliminary preparation-index connotation analysis-two rounds of index screening-evaluation system reliability and validity analysis-index weight system construction",it forms a complete and operable primary school labor evaluation system Education evaluation system.This research mainly includes the following chapters:the first chapter,mainly from the reasons for the topic selection,research significance,research design and methods,research key and difficult points to elaborate;the second chapter,the core concepts of "labor","labor education" and "labor education evaluation" are defined,and the current research status of labor education is sorted out to ensure the necessity of this research;the third chapter mainly elaborates the principles,policy basis and theoretical basis of the evaluation system of primary school labor education;the fourth chapter,based on the paper,the evaluation system of primary school labor education is preliminarily constructed,and the CIPP evaluation model is the framework for the construction of the evaluation system The index system is divided into four primary indicators,nine secondary indicators,21 three-level indicators and 39 evaluation standards,and its specific connotation is expounded and analyzed;The fifth chapter to the seventh chapter is the revision part of the evaluation system of primary school labor education.Through two rounds of expert consultation,the index system is modified,the reliability and validity are analyzed through the teacher questionnaire,and the index weight is constructed through the expert ranking;The eighth chapter,mainly from the development of labor education,the implementation of labor education,the effect of labor education,labor education security four aspects,expounds the operation of the primary school labor education evaluation system.The ninth chapter is the research conclusions and suggestions,which mainly summarizes and analyzes this research.Combined with the development status of primary school labor education,the author puts forward suggestions on the evaluation and implementation of labor education,in order to give full play to the unique educational value of labor education and promote the all-round development of students.
