School is a special form of social organization whose fundamental task is to establish morality and cultivate people.Different from the general social organizations,schools have both educational and managerial characteristics.Therefore,school governance should not only follow the logic of education,but also follow the logic of management.However,in reality,the school governance often deviates from the management logic and education logic.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance for improving the modernization of school governance system and governance ability to deeply explore the logical laws in school governance and make the management logic and education logic in school governance from deviation to fit.Taking five primary and secondary schools in Q city of Shandong Province as the research object,this paper investigates the school administrators,teachers and students on the current situation of school governance by using the methods of interview and literature.The results show that in terms of the main body of school governance,the tendency of managerialism violates the educational logic of cultivating people by virtue,and the management logic of single subject deviates from the educational logic of co education and co growth In terms of standards,the management logic aiming at the enrollment rate deviates from the education logic of all-round development,and the standardized management logic deviates from the education logic of differential development;in terms of school governance means,too many administrative means deviate from the value pursuit of educational equality,and the management means focusing on indoctrination deviates from the education logic of cultivating students' subjectivity.Based on the on-the-spot investigation and further analysis of the interview data,it is found that the main reason for the deviation between the management logic and the education logic in school governance lies in the deviation of the logical starting point of the main body of school governance.The starting point of management logic in school governance is to seek "reality",while the starting point of education logic is to seek "goodness".There is confusion in the value law of school governance goals.School governance goals based on management logic have a strong instrumental color,while education logic has a strong value color.The value orientation of school governance means is vague.The school governance means of management logic take the school management activities as the starting point,the purpose is to quickly realize the instrumental mission of school governance,and the goal of education logic means is to make students' mind and body get education,and realize healthy and positive development.To optimize the school governance strategy and promote the management logic and education logic in school governance from deviation to fit,we should start from the following aspects: adhere to the logical starting point of students as the main body and firmly establish the concept of school common governance.Respect the needs of students,fully consider the basic role of student factors in school governance,so that students can participate in the process of school governance.To explore the scientific and logical law of school governance and reasonably plan the goal of school governance.Strengthen the logical value orientation of moral education,and optimize the means of school governance scientifically.The educational logic value orientation of moral education runs through the whole process of school governance.
