With the acceleration of the process of urban-rural integration,more and more young rural residents deviate from the original life track and realize the transformation to "urban people".The removal of high-quality youth and labor force poses a great challenge to rural development.In the new era,in order to change this situation,the party and the state put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and encouraged the revitalization of rural areas in the five aspects of industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization through a variety of measures to get rid of the existing difficulties.As an important way to improve the knowledge level of rural residents,rural community education shoulders the responsibility of training talents for rural development.Therefore,how to keep pace with the times to enrich the content of rural community education,expand the form of rural community education,and provide sufficient talent guarantee for the construction of a new type of countryside with prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance and rich life is an important problem to be solved at this stage in China.Based on this,this paper takes the rural community education experimental area of Z City in Shandong Province as the research object,conducts field research on the current situation of rural community education in this area,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward specific coping strategies combined with the core of Rural Revitalization Strategy,so as to promote the high-quality development of rural education in China.In the research process,questionnaire survey and interview were used to investigate the actual situation of rural community education experimental area in Zhucheng City,Shandong Province.The investigation mainly focused on six aspects: residents' participation,resource allocation,curriculum setting,teacher construction,funding input and organization management.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that Zhucheng Rural Community Education Experimental Zone has made remarkable achievements in education scale,popularization and activities,and pioneered a unique form of community education,namely,family learning center households,combining with rural characteristics,providing experience for the development of rural community education in other areas.However,restricted by the overall rural economy and education level,there are many problems in the rural community education in this area,such as residents' participation,resource allocation,curriculum setting,teachers' construction,funding input and organization management.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth analysis of rural revitalization strategy,this study combines the characteristics of rural community education,from "strengthening the government's attention,encouraging multiple parties to actively participate","strengthening infrastructure allocation,realizing overall resource as a whole sharing","enriching the types of educational courses,strengthening the awareness of curriculum development","expanding the source channels of teachers,strengthening the construction of teachers","widening the source channels of funds,improving the fund management mechanism" and "advocating multiple participants and optimizing the organization and management mode"...
