Research purposes: in today's exam oriented education environment,students bear a very heavy academic burden of cultural courses,physical training is obviously insufficient,but in fact,sports is an effective channel for students to reduce their burden.Schools actively respond to the spirit of the document requirements,to carry out the implementation of primary school after-school sports service,the purpose of this study is to study the impact of sports after-school service on the physical quality of primary school students,and to better implement sports after-school service,so that students' physical quality can be improved,to explore a unique "two small programs".Research methods: This study selected 60 students from the fourth grade of the second experimental primary school in Yinan County as the experimental group,29 boys and 31 girls;the control group randomly selected 59 students,29 boys and 30 girls who did not participate in sports services.Using the methods of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey to determine the content of the experiment,using the experimental method to carry out the experimental research,first test before the experiment,before the experiment,the two groups of students' basic physical condition and various physical qualities were tested by independent sample t test,showing that P > 0.05,the two groups had no significant difference before the experiment.The experimental group carried out after-school sports service,five days a week,every afternoon after school to participate in one hour after-school sports service,physical exercise.The control group did not take part in the after-school sports service except the normal weekly physical education course.After 12 weeks of experimental teaching,we unified the post-test,and finally analyzed the data by using mathematical statistics method to test the influence of after-school sports service on the physical quality of primary school students.Through the questionnaire survey of students and their parents' feedback on sports service.Results: 1.After the experiment,the test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.2.After the experiment,the scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group in vital capacity,one minute rope skipping,50 meter running,sitting and flexion,and the difference was extremely significant(P < 0.01).The students' lung function,flexibility,speed and endurance were significantly improved.3.After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the body weight dimension of the experimental group(P > 0.05).Due to the influence of bone development and nutrition intake,the body weight of the experimental group would increase.4.After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the height dimension of the control group(P > 0.05).The primary school stage is the period of rapid physical development,because of their own growth and development,eating habits and other factors,height will increase.5.Through the feedback of questionnaire survey,the development of after-school sports service has a certain positive impact on all aspects of students,and has been supported by more and more parents.Comprehensive experimental data show that students after 12 weeks of experiment,from a statistical point of view,reached the level of statistical difference;so confirmed the school to carry out after-school sports service has a positive effect on their physical fitness,it is necessary to implement.2.After participating in the after-school sports service,it can better improve the pupils' test results in vital capacity,one minute rope skipping,50 meter running,sitting and forward bending,that is,the students' lung function,flexibility,speed and endurance have been significantly improved.3.Compared with the traditional sports classroom teaching,after class sports service content is more rich and interesting,more personalized,meet the individual needs of students,more welcomed by students,suitable for extensive development in primary school campus.4.Through participating in one hour after class sports service,students can stimulate their interest in sports fitness,become more proficient in sports skills,have better physical quality,promote students' all-round development,and get unanimous praise from their parents.5.From the survey feedback of students and parents on after-school sports service,we can see that participating in after-school sports service also has a positive role in promoting students' sleep quality and personality.Through carrying out after-school service,some teachers and parents still don't have a thorough understanding of sports "education".They pay more attention to intellectual education than sports,and ignore the all-round development of students.According to the implementation and make the following suggestions:
