The school is an important place in the primary education stage.By setting up a fixed education place and equipping special teachers,school teachers carry out education for students according to their own responsibilities,and determine the training objectives and teaching contents in combination with students' physical and mental development level,which can lay a foundation for primary and secondary school students to further receive secondary education.With the further deepening of China's basic education reform,the Ministry of Education has taken a series of measures to "reduce the burden" for primary school students,but the problems faced have also increased significantly,especially in a certain period of time.Primary school students show a "disengagement" phenomenon of unattended.In recent years,The difficulties for parents to pick up their children and the problems in after class control have been a topic of continuous concern in society,as well as a hot spot of concern in the "two sessions".Under the background of talent competition and social development,after-school trusteeship class,as one of the products,plays a link role between family and school,in which physical education is an important part.This paper takes the current situation of after-school delay service of physical education in Longxi School District of Yubei District of Chongqing as the research object,and selects four schools in Longxi School District of Yubei District of Chongqing as the survey objects,namely Longxi primary school,Huayuan primary school,Chang'an Jinxiu Experimental Primary School and longta experimental school By means of interview and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the organization,funds,resources,venues,personnel,management and implementation of after-school delay service of primary school physical education in Longxi School District,and then formulates corresponding measures to provide effective suggestions to promote the implementation of after-school delay service of physical education,so as to realize its own long-term development.The conclusions are as follows:(1)all schools in Longxi School District,Yubei District,Chongqing have carried out after-school physical education services,and the four schools have established perfect safety management systems.Teachers in these schools have strong safety awareness,seriously abide by the safety system,can master students' attendance.The schools all have a relatively perfect safety management system for after-school delayed physical education services,This provides an effective guarantee for the safety of students to a certain extent;However,there is a lack of perfect rules and regulations,such as teachers' poor implementation and schools less attention to safety,lack of management effectiveness,and unreasonable time setting;(2)Most students are willing to participate in the after-school delay service of physical education,but some parents do not support students to participate in the after-school delay service of physical education because of more concerns;The first grade students did not participate in the after-school delay service of physical education;(3)In the after-school delay service of physical education,due to the unreasonable use of venues and insufficient capital investment,the venues can not meet the needs of after-school delay service of physical education;Lack of funds also leads to the site quality,besides equipment and instruments not meeting the corresponding standards;(4)Schools lack sufficient funds for the free development of after-school delay service,but there is no arbitrary charge,and parents' evaluation is good.Schools lack unobstructed information resources,students can not get effective guidance,and their physical education learning is less scientific.(5)Although all schools have carried out physical education after-school delay service according to the requirements of relevant documents,the physical education after-school delay service project takes a single organizational form and can not obtain satisfactory implementation results.In order to solve the problems of after-school delay service in primary school physical education,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)Improve rules and regulations;Strengthen supervision.At the same time,in the after-school delay service of physical education,join patrol leaders or teachers,conduct cross subject evaluation on the development of each project,give corresponding suggestions,and combine with the characteristics of students to manage flexibly to meet the needs of students;(2)Strengthen the scientific allocation of teachers and build a new system of class diversity;(3)Improve the after-school delay service of physical education and develop the new idea of "family school combination".When carrying out the after-school delay service of physical education,we should give full play to the role of parents,invite parents to participate together,change parents' ideas,eliminate parents' concerns,and obtain parents' understanding and support.In addition,the head teacher should cooperate with the teachers of after-school delay service of Physical Education,so as to provide effective guarantee for the smooth development of after-school delay service of physical education;(4)Strengthen investment and improve site facilities;(5)Carry out diversified organization methods to improve students' subjective initiative.According to the actual situation of students of different ages,combined with physical quality,targeted design of after-school sports projects,and fully consider the characteristics of different seasons,improve teaching projects,so as to increase classroom interest and improve teaching quality;(6)Pay attention to the dissemination of sports information and increase capital investment;(7)Pay attention to the integration of sports and education and carry out diversified sports activities.Students have a wide range of interests,usually involving many fields,such as games,track and field and ball games.In the after-school delay service of physical education,teachers can set up some exercise items for students to choose,and also set up some game items,which only provide general directions,guide students to give full play to their imagination,arrange by themselves,and cultivate students' independent innovation ability and team cooperation consciousness through sports activities.
