An Exploration Of Case Service For Older Women's Social Adaptation In The "Village-to-Home" Community

Since the reform and opening up,China's industrialization and urbanization have been developing rapidly.Under the background of institutional changes such as the gradual relaxation of the urban-rural dual mechanism,the launch of market-oriented reform,and large-scale urbanization,the mode of "village to residence" appears."Village-to-residence" has played a great role in adjusting the industrial structure,narrowing the gap between urban and rural development,and improving the level of education and medical care.However,the complex structure of "non-city and non-township" causes many problems.This paper uses the theory of social work to the author in 2020 in Zhengzhou City during the spring social work service center internship contact M "village rehousing" community as a case,with the social work case method to intervene in the case owner,to help it solve the "village rehousing" after the problem of poor social adaptation.This paper uses the interview method and observation method,after collecting the main information and grasping the basic situation of the case master in detail,the author in the psychosocial therapy mode and social support theory under the use of the service object jointly formulated the next work plan.Help clients link resources,build good family relationships,and promote their community integration.This not only enhances the confidence of the clients,but also alleviates her bad family relationship,stimulates the potential of the perpetrator,so that the clients can face the "village rehousing" life more positively.After successfully completing the case service,the author has reflected on his professional practice ability,the follow-up situation of case work and the comprehensive quality that should be possessed in the development of social work services for the elderly,etc.,and put forward relevant suggestions based on the practical exploration of this service.Suggest.One is to encourage the community to establish a professional work force for the elderly,to actively discover and actively intervene in the elderly who are not well-adapted to the "village conversion";the second is to introduce the "village conversion" for the elderly and employment assistance policies;the third is to introduce reasonable The “village conversion”compensation policy for the elderly to ensure the sustainability of their economic sources;fourth is to create a good social atmosphere and reflect the role and value of the elderly;fifth,social workers must act as “policy influencers” This role provides advice and suggestions for the "village-to-home" elderly to better integrate into society.
