| In recent years, with the continuous development of relocation work, the social adaptation issues of "new owners" in relocation communities have gradually emerged, especially for the elderly.Faced with the transformation of new identities and new environments, how to smoothly adapt to social life and integrate into the community environment for elderly people who have relocated from other places is a question worth considering for researchers and policy stakeholders.Through on-site research on the project,a qualitative research method was chosen to conduct research on it.It is understood that the research object’s maladaptation in social adaptation is mainly reflected in four aspects: economic consumption, physiological psychology, lifestyle, and interpersonal communication. In response to the social adaptation issues faced by the research subjects, the reciprocity model in group work was chosen to further promote the implementation of practice. From the perspective of activities, the dynamic interconnection of internalization and externalization is used to intervene in the social adaptation issues of relocated elderly people. At the same time, social support theory is used to help service objects build peer group mutual assistance platforms and build emotional support networks, aiming to promote service objects to achieve a virtuous cycle in the two-way interaction between people and the environment, help service objects break out of their comfort zone, and establish new connections. |
