Competence Issues And Improvement Strategies Of Novice Teachers In Primary Schools

A strong country must first strengthen education.As the country attaches more and more importance to education,its requirements and standards for teachers are also gradually improving.Primary school is the beginning of compulsory education,high-quality teachers are the key link to strengthen and improve primary education,and novice teachers are the fresh blood of teachers,so they are the key object of teacher development and training.In recent years,with the increase of the number of teachers,the management of novice teachers should be widely paid attention to.In this paper,using a variety of analysis,a thorough understanding of novice teacher competency,found that novice teachers in terms of competence as the lack of initiative,lack of professional ability,the ability of self-reflection and information collecting ability needs to improve,from intention,backward of novice teachers training school management,such as the limited professional training in formal,professional development problems.In view of the above problems,the reasons are analyzed from internal and external aspects,and suggestions are put forward to improve the competence of novice teachers:first,mobilize the subjective initiative of teachers,improve the professional level of teachers,set up reasonable career planning,cultivate teachers' information literacy and develop teachers' reflective habits.Second,improve the management system of novice teacher training,implement the management mode of bringing new teachers with old teachers,provide diversified professional development opportunities for teachers,and enrich the resources and environment for teacher professional development.In order to identify the factors affecting the development of teacher competency,implement the development goals of novice teacher competency,promote the development of teacher competency towards excellence,and optimize the quality of novice teachers in primary schools.
