Since the introduction of orienteering in my country,it has gradually been recognized by people for its wide participation,fierce competition,and strong interest.It has been recognized for the physical shape,psychological and emotional,cognitive function,social adaptability and performance of the participants.The development of orienteering in schools conforms to the characteristics of students' physical and mental development,helps to deepen the reform of school sports,broaden the content and space of school sports courses,promote students' enthusiasm for participating in sports,and effectively improve students' physical fitness.With the in-depth development of activities such as "Science and Technology Sports on Campus",the demand for orienteering in various schools is also increasing,and it is imperative to fully develop it in primary schools.However,at this stage,due to weak teachers,imperfect venues and equipment,and lack of government policy promotion,etc.,the smooth development of orienteering in elementary schools is restricted.After consulting relevant literature,it is found that there are few studies on orienteering in elementary schools.The content of this article only stays at the theoretical level,and lacks specific and effective development model references,which leads to the failure to promote orienteering in elementary schools.Therefore,this article uses expert interviews,questionnaire surveys and other methods to conduct an in-depth study on the development of orienteering in primary schools in Shandong Province.It selects20 primary schools in Shandong Province that have participated in orienteering as the survey objects,and examines the current development model of orienteering in Shandong primary schools.Conducted investigations,summarized the factors and deficiencies that restrict the development of orienteering in primary schools in Shandong Province,divided the existing development models and analyzed them as cases,and committed to the construction and empirical research of the development models of orienteering in primary schools in Shandong Province.The research conclusions are as follows :(1)The construction of the development model of orienteering in primary schools in Shandong Province is a systematic project.It is necessary to establish an educational philosophy centered on student development,adhere to the guiding ideology of "health first",and use a systematic and comprehensive approach to the content of the model on this basis.The design,organization and implementation,and evaluation system are organically integrated to form the "Four Learnings" development model of Shandong Primary School Orienteering.(2)The content design of the "Four Learnings" development model of orienteering in primary schools in Shandong Province.Based on "in-depth learning,practical learning,interest learning,and motivational learning",10 knowledge and skill teaching,5 specialized training methods,5 interesting introductory exercises,5The organization form of the competition focuses on the combination of theory and practice,interest and profession,and individual and team.(3)The organization and implementation of the "Four Learnings" development model of orienteering in primary schools in Shandong Province mainly takes classroom teaching as the premise to deepen the degree of orienteering learning;use team training as expansion to implement the effectiveness of orienteering development;use club activities as an extension to cultivate participation in orienteering sports Interest: To organize competitions as output,strengthen the effect of orienteering exercises,and then create a good school orienteering atmosphere.(4)Practice has proved that the overall development of the "Four Learnings" development model of orienteering in primary schools in Shandong Province has achieved good results,which has formed a unified whole organically connected inside and outside classes,inside and outside the school.The time and space for students to participate in physical exercise has been expanded,and students have been mobilized to participate in exercise.The enthusiasm of the school is conducive to the improvement of students' endurance quality,and has been unanimously recognized by the school's teachers and students.(5)The "Four Learnings" development model of orienteering in primary schools in Shandong Province is not a complete denial of the existing development model,but a supplement and improvement on the existing basis of primary schools.It is a new attempt to develop orienteering activities in primary schools.More primary schools need to carry out extensive experiments to further explore the universality of this model,and continue to improve and supplement it in the process,in order to promote the promotion and popularization of school orienteering in primary school physical education.
