Therefore,this paper carry on the diagnosis in Human province where the directional cross-country movement developed well,make the significance model to the others.This article through literature m,questionnaire,interview,mathematical and logical analytic method research on the Hunan directional motion development at present,draws following conclusion:1 The Hunan Province orienteering carry on the overall school is small,and in the public class or the physical education is very few,what is to promotes this movement has not been able to achieve a lot,but only to enhance the school well-knowingness or enhances the proportion of students entering schools of a higher grade,in the orienteering team that the men and women athlete proportion has serious imbalance.2 There are only then 74 teachers in Hunan Province,there into 28 university teachers and 46 in middle school,the teacher structure of university and middle school is reasonable,but the trainer age is high,the younger generation that enters this specialized is to be very few. The population in the middle school and college is serious less,only 46 people is engaged in the sports of the Hunan 24,000 middle schools.In the existing teacher the male and female proportion only 3.5:1,the female teacher is serious insufficient.Therefore to enhance developing process should increase female teacher's training methods in the Human.3 The competitions displays outstanding in Hunan in this three years,because of the attach importance to this sports is differently,the result is differently also,these will brings disadvantageous factor to the sports development,moreover through the recent years analysis that this sports growing unceasingly in other provinces athlete,Hunan's movement result change was little,it manifested this movement the heavy visual degree to have the drop respectively.4 There was a huge different in investment to the orienteering,this affects competition result in various schools,the competition result depends on the investment fund.we should encourage various schools to enhance the investment fund in this sport.5 According to the development demand,we must provides the widespread knowledge information, trains more high grade teachers,provides t orienteering map,to enhance all levels the school funds investment.6 The results shows that the movement has not affected to the student result greatly.
