| With the development of science education in kindergartens,science education has received more and more attention.Children’s scientific inquiry activities are an important part of preschool children’s science education.Children’s behaviors are based on direct experience at this age,and they accumulate beneficial direct experience and perceptual knowledge in the process of contacting life things and phenomena.Living materials are close to children’s daily life,which children are familiar with and interested in.They accord with children’s intuitive and vivid thinking characteristics,and they are easy to arouse children’s emotional resonance,so that they are helpful to mobilize children’s enthusiasm for activities.Teachers use life materials in scientific inquiry activities to build a platform for restoring children’s life situations,which can stimulate children’s curiosity and desire to explore.Children learn scientific knowledge and improve scientific inquiry ability during the operation of activities.The main part of this research is composed of research design,data and information analysis,practical exploration,thinking and suggestions,etc.The research methods mainly use literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,observation method and action research method.Firstly,collect and sort out relevant literature on children’s scientific inquiry activities through the literature method to determine the theme of this research;then,combine the questionnaire method,interview method and observation method to investigate 5 public kindergartens in Duyun City,Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Qiannan Prefecture,Guizhou in order to understand the current situation of the application of the kindergarten life materials in the large-class scientific inquiry activities,the existing problems and analyze the reasons,to prepare for the later activity design and implementation;thirdly,select the S kindergarten large-class children from the 5kindergartens surveyed as the research object,and sorting out and classifying children’s living materials to select scientific inquiry content suitable for children’s age characteristics and life and learning experience in large classes to design activity plans.The implementation process follows "plan—implementation—reflection—improvement plan—reimplementation—reevaluation—Rethinking";finally,put forward thinking and suggestions on the application of living materials in large-class scientific inquiry activities.In this research,children’s interest in scientific inquiry activities has been enhanced,teachers’ scientific theoretical knowledge and scientific inquiry ability have been improved,and kindergartens attach importance to children’s autonomous operation in scientific inquiry and the application of life materials in scientific education activities.The degree has also been strengthened. |
