With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,the full integration of middle school ethics and the rule of law teaching with the connotation of Chinese excellent culture is an important task of the current middle school education and teaching reform.Yimeng Spirit is an important component of the red revolutionary spirit of the Chinese nation.It meets the requirements of contemporary middle school students' ideological and moral construction.It has extremely important value for promoting the Chinese revolutionary spirit,shaping the good character of junior high school students,and building a junior high school morality and rule of law curriculum system.However,in the actual teaching life,the Yimeng spirit has not effectively integrated with the junior high school morality and rule of law,and exerts its due value.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth discussion on the theme of "the Yimeng spirit integrates into the junior high school morality and the rule of law".Relying on the junior high school ethics and rule of law textbooks from People's Education Press,this article sorts out and analyzes the relevant literature,issues questionnaires to teachers,and organizes interviews with teachers and students to address the issue of the Yimeng spirit blending into junior high school ethics and rule of law.Starting from the relevant theories of Yimeng Spirit,analyze the formation conditions of Yimeng Spirit,the connotation of Yimeng Spirit,and the characteristics of Yimeng Spirit that distinguish it from other revolutionary spirits,and comprehensively study Yimeng Spirit,and then analyze the necessity and feasibility of Yimeng Spirit's integration into junior high school morality and rule of law.Therefore,it is very necessary and meaningful to make it clear that the Yimeng spirit is integrated into junior high school ethics and rule of law.Through the investigation and analysis of the current Yimeng spirit integrated into junior high school morality and rule of law,it is concluded that the Yimeng spirit has the following problems in integrating junior high school morality and rule of law.The main manifestations are teachers' insufficient development and utilization of the Yimeng spirit in the teaching of morality and rule of law,Junior high school students are not very motivated when learning the Yimeng Spirit curriculum resources,the school's awareness and publicity of the Yimeng Spirit are not enough,and the curriculum resources for the Yimeng Spirit in junior high school morality and rule of law need to be enriched.The reasons for these problems are the solidification of the education model of part of the educators,the difficulty for the educated to generate emotional resonance,the lack of ways to learn and promote the Yimeng Spirit in schools,the difficulty in the development and utilization of the Yimeng Spirit curriculum resources,and the perception of the Yimeng Spirit from all walks of life.The importance of the social environment needs to be emphasized,and the complex social environment poses a challenge to traditional culture.The solution of these problems depends on following the principles of Yimeng spirit integrated into junior high school ethics and rule of law,junior high school political teachers' innovative educational concepts and methods,students actively practicing the excellent quality of Yimeng spirit,the school actively constructing a good atmosphere for campus learning revolutionary spirit,the society actively builds the Yimeng Spirit Red Revolution Education Base.
