Our party and country have always gave weight to the construction of the rule of law,since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held,the state has made it clear that we will comprehensively rule the country by law.Law-abiding is one of the contents of the rule of law,and the realization of law-abiding needs comprehensive and systematic education of the rule of law,the key of which is the education of the rule of law for the youth.Teenagers are the future of the country and the hope of the nation.The course Morality and the rule of law in junior middle school emphasizes the education of the rule of law,which is guided by the socialist core values and promotes the formation and development of teenagers' correct ideas and good moral qualities,so that young people can become an ideal,moral,cultural,and disciplinary socialist builders and successors.However,there is still a certain gap between the actual situation and the goal of youth legal education.Some junior middle school students' awareness of the rule of law is indifferent,and violations of laws and regulations,theft and robbery,fighting and other phenomena have been common.The spirit of rule of law is the soul of rule of law,so strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law is of great significance to promote the all-round and healthy development of middle school students and build a harmonious and beautiful China under the rule of law.This paper studies how to use the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school to cultivate students' spirit of rule of law,focuses on grasping the connotation of the rule of law spirit and the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law,deeply analyzes the necessity of strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of rule of law.Through the investigation and analysis of the actual situation of the cultivation of the spirit of rule of law in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle schools in Hailar,find out the problems existing in the cultivation of junior middle school students' spirit of rule of law on the basis of statistic analysis: the insufficient understanding of the significance of the cultivation of the spirit of rule of law in some schools;The insufficient use of some teachers' teaching methods for the cultivation of the spirit of rule of law;Students' classroom theoretical knowledge is not closely combined with extracurricular practice.Locate the causes of problems in the cultivation of junior middle school students' spirit of rule of law,give full play to the subjective initiative of teachers and students,deeply excavate the existing methods and experience,and then put forward effective countermeasures: One is the school continues to pay attention to the cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law;The second is continuously to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers' legal spirit cultivation;Third,form the resultant force to cultivate students' spirit of rule of law.Strive to make breakthroughs and innovations in the cultivation of the spirit of rule of law in teaching design,teaching mode and teaching methods.In junior middle school,through the linkage of various factors in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law,an efficient and feasible strategy for cultivating and promoting the spirit of rule of law is finally formed.
