The proposal and application of Function Movement Screening(FMS)and Corrective Training have gradually connected with sports,then they played a promoting role in the development of sports through the continuous exploration and research of predecessors.They have not only achieved certain results in the field of sports training,but also have a certain development in the filed of physical education.Function Movement Screening is mainly composed of seven function screening test of action and three screening action.The main purpose is find whether there are any problems about the action of symmetry,the stability and the flexibility,and then to formulate a set of related issues based on the correct training scheme,to enhance the nervous muscle control ability,to improve the quality of the action,and to reduce the risk of movement.Therefore,the role of Function Movement Screening in the field of physical education is to help students better grasp the essentials of technical movements,improve the level of movement skills,and reduce the occurrences of sports injuries.However,school physical education enables students to enhance their physical fitness,master the movement skills,and take the corresponding training means adapt to the physiological development of the students.Then it can improve the physical health level of primary and middle school students,as well as improve the sports skills of primary and middle school students.In the new era,many countries do efforts to improve physical health of primary and middle school students,and to ask every high school students to master at least two kinds of sports.In recent years,with the volleyball enter the campus,campus volleyball culture gradually enrichment.But the methods of teaching volleyball are still unitary,volleyball training methods mostly adopts the traditional training methods.In order to make students master volleyball skills and guarantee the healthy development of students,the most important thing is that we should search effective means of teaching training.The main purpose of this paper is to access the action modes of students by Function Movement Screening,and then find out the problems of high school students about flexibility,stability and symmetry.According to the law of development of middle school students and physical education curriculum requirements,formulate corrective training program suitable for middle school students' physical health development,in order to reduce risk,improve the level of physical health,and well grasp the action skills.This paper adopts literature review method,mathematical statistics method,testing method and experiment method.In this paper,Class 2and Class 3 of Grade 2019 from Chong De Middle School in Li Xia District,Jinan City were selected as the teaching objects to conduct a 10-week volleyball teaching about Function Movement Screening and Correcting Training.Grade 2019,class 2 is regarded as the experimental class,and grade 2019,class 3 is regarded as the comparative class,the two classes were then tested by FMS.According to test results,combined with volleyball teaching this semester to arrange training plan,formulate corresponding teaching two classes respectively correction for 10 weeks of training and general training,and ensure the two classes of volleyball teaching progress,after 10 weeks of correction of volleyball teaching and training of two classes if subjects tested FMS again.At the same time the author conducted volleyball skills examination of this semester.After the experiment,the analysis results are as follows:1.The results of FMS test at the early stage of the experiment showed that the problems of subjects in the two groups mainly included core instability,weak body control ability,weak strength of lower limbs,poor flexibility and stability of hip,knee and ankle joints.2.After 10 weeks of corrective training,the total score of FMS test in the experimental class was significantly improved compared with before,among which the scores of stable push-up,hurdle up step,rotational stability and lunge straight squat were significantly improved,while the other three scores of control class were not significantly changed.There were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in stable push-ups,stability of body rotation,lunge straight squat and total scores,while there were no significant changes in the other four scores.There were no significant differences in FMS scores in the control group before and after the experiment.3.After 10 weeks of corrective training,the FMS test and total score of the experimental class increased from 12.32 before the experiment to 16.32 after the experiment,which exceeded the 14 point critical value of previous studies.The overall risk of sports injury was reduced from high to low,and the probability of sports injury was reduced in the future sports.4.In addition to the different training contents,subjects of the two classes kept the same training intensity and intensity as well as their attention to individual differences during the exercise,which ensured that the physical quality of the two classes had been effectively improved after the end of the experiment.5.Found by experiment,the experimental class to correct training and volleyball skills of learning and training,the whole experiment process,pain,and a portion of the form is rare in the phenomenon of uncomfortable,but in practice the quality that in comparative classes,although a certain degree of improve the students' physical quality,but also corresponding to the student body caused some damage6.In the final volleyball skill assessment of the subjects of the two classes,there is no significant difference in the three achievements of passing,self-dribbling and side-underhand serve.During volleyball skills learning,the two classes promote each other and greatly improve the quality of volleyball teaching.7.After this experiment,the two classes have a relationship of competition and common progress,which can not only improve students' interest and enthusiasm in sports,but also promote students' continuous learning and lay the foundation for lifelong sports.
