General Secretary Xi Jinping,speaking at the National Education Conference on the issue of training people,stressed the need to comprehensively strengthen and improve school aesthetic education,adhere to "aesthetic education","cultural people",improve students’ aesthetic and humanistic literacy,and train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of moral,intellectual and physical beauty.Schools and parents no longer only pay attention to their children’s academic performance,began to gradually pay attention to the healthy growth of children,pay attention to children’s moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,labor and all-round development.As a sports and art in one project,sports dance sports with entertainment,fitness,education,competitiveness and other specific attributes and unique value,in line with the new era of school sports,"enjoy fun,enhance physical fitness,improve personality,temper the will",the four-in-one sports goals,and can cater to the physical and mental development characteristics of primary school students,in the primary school 3:30 classroom is of great significance.However,the development of the physical dance program in the classroom at 3:30 in primary school is slow,and the atmosphere in which students learn physical dance is not strong enough.How to pay attention to students’ physical education,aesthetic education,promote students’ all-round development as the guide,meet the needs of students’ physical and mental health development,and actively promote the development of primary school 3:30 classroom physical dance project,has become one of the problems that need to be solved in the development of school education.This study starts from Zhuzhou City Primary School,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,combined with the specific situation of classroom development at 3:30,the use of aesthetics,physical education and other knowledge,analysis of the current Zhuzhou City Primary School3:30 classroom physical dance project opening status quo,teacher status quo and student status quo,combined with the interview situation,to understand Zhuzhou City Primary School 3:30 classroom physical dance project implementation status.The study found that the 3:30 classroom sports dance project in Zhuzhou City has the following problems:(1)From the school level: the understanding of superiors has improved,but the funding is still insufficient;the organizational form is traditional and the school-level leaders have not paid attention to it;the supervision mechanism is not sound.The effect of student participation is poor.(2)From the perspective of teachers: insufficient teacher resources,poor teaching quality;difficulties in teacher management,lack of planning for teaching;lack of learning by teachers,and insufficient external strength.(3)From the perspective of students: students lack expression and there are many restrictive factors;lack of motivation to participate,making it difficult to persist in participation;lack of free time and greater academic pressure.(4)At the level of social forces: the school is unprofitable and lacks motivation to participate;market competition is fierce,and there is no intention to distract the school;outside teachers are slow to work and the quality of teaching is difficult to guarantee.According to the investigation and analysis,the following four levels of development suggestions are put forward for the development of the3:30 classroom sports dance project in the urban elementary school of Zhuzhou City:(1)At the school level: cooperate with social sports dance training institutions to expand and optimize sports dance resources;increase Propaganda efforts to enhance the awareness of aesthetic education;create a sports dance development platform,establish and improve the access mechanism of social forces to the campus.(2)Teacher level: Regarding the development of interests and hobbies as the goal,standardizing and perfecting sports dance teaching;strengthening teaching training,accurately benchmarking sports dance teaching objects;building a tripartite communication bridge between schools,teachers,and students.(3)At the individual level of students: Encourage pupils to make their own choices and change their ideological concepts;guide students to coordinate their personal time to realize their independent choice;encourage students to participate in sports dance competitions to "go out".(4)At the level of social forces: develop a modern business philosophy,attach importance to brand building and potential customers;advocate standardized market competition behavior,and emphasize the exploration and development of niche markets;explore scientific dance teaching models to improve their own teaching and service quality.
