Kaiming Mandarin Textbook is a Chinese textbook for primary schools in the period of the Republic of China.It was compiled by Ye Shengtao and illustrated by Feng Zikai."Kaiming Mandarin Textbook" has returned to the public’s attention after disappearing for more than half a century,and has exerted a wide influence on Chinese education today.This paper takes "Kaiming Mandarin Textbook" as the main research object,and makes an analysis and research on it from the perspective of Chinese education.This paper mainly includes the following five parts:The introduction part sorts out and summarizes the research status of Kaiming Mandarin Textbook,and introduces the origin of the topic,the research object,the research significance and the research method.The first chapter introduces the research background and edition of "Kaiming Mandarin Textbook",which is divided into three parts: the influence of advanced educational ideas,the educational policy and situation of the government of the Republic of China,and the compilation and publication of "Kaiming Mandarin Textbook".The editions are divided into two editions in the period of the Republic of China and the latter part of the 21 st century.The second chapter analyzes the style and content of Kaiming Mandarin Textbook.From the perspective of writing style,Kaiming Mandarin Textbook has the advantages of coherent content,complete story arrangement,content distribution combined with pictures and pictures,step type unit exercises and elegant and beautiful book cover.From the point of view of language features,it has harmonious and beautiful tone,continuous repetition of sentence patterns,anthropomorphism,metaphor and other sentence patterns.From the illustrations,"Kaiming Mandarin Textbook" reflects children’s life,embodies childlike innocence and fun,and mainly guides students to love life.The third chapter is about the embodiment of Ye Shengtao and Feng Zikai’s educational thoughts in Kaiming Mandarin Textbook.This paper divides Ye Shengtao’s educational thoughts into four aspects: humanist education theory,modern teacher theory,Chinese education theory and writing teaching theory.Feng Zikai’s educational thought is mainly divided into aesthetic education and children’s view of two aspects of in-depth research.The fourth chapter mainly writes the enlightenment and limitation of "Kaiming Mandarin Textbook".As for the enlightenment to the contemporary primary school Chinese teaching materials,it is mainly to draw lessons from the style and illustrations of the teaching materials,adhere to the childrens orientation,pay attention to quality-oriented education and protect the inner world of the children in the compilation of the teaching materials.As for the limitation of "kaiming mandarin textbook",it mainly discusses the other reasons of "popularity" and the limitation of The Times.Finally,the conclusion part summarizes and generalizes the viewpoints of the whole text,and points out the shortcomings and the author’s reflection.
