The Outline for the Implementation of Patriotic Education in the New Era puts forward that "ideological and political theory courses are the main front of patriotic education".High school ideological and political course as the key course of moral education,is the main position of patriotism education in high school students.The use of high school ideological and political course for high school students to carry out systematic and scientific patriotism education can cultivate students' political identity literacy,cultivate students' patriotic feelings,and guide students to consciously practice their patriotism.In this paper,based on the requirements of the "new era of patriotism education implementation outline",the main role of patriotism education in high school ideological and political course is studied systematically.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part,the patriotic education related theory overview.Define the patriotism combination of existing research results,the patriotism education,patriotism education main position as well as the high school thought political lesson of patriotism education main position four basic concepts,on the basis of further explore the characteristics of patriotism education of high school thought political lesson and play a good high school thought political lesson of patriotism education significance of the main positions.The second part,the main content and key issues of patriotism education in high school ideological and political course.High school ideological and political course needs to be based on the requirements of the basic content of patriotism education in the "new era of patriotism education implementation outline",and combined with the curriculum content to carry out patriotism education.At the same time,we need to grasp the following five key issues: Patriotic cognition,patriotic emotion and patriotic behavior;Historical tradition and characteristics of the times;National feelings and international vision;The relationship between high school ideological and political course and other patriotic education channels.The third part,the current situation of patriotism education in high school ideological and political course.Through the questionnaire form,this paper investigates high school students' patriotic cognition,patriotic emotion and patriotic behavior,as well as their views on the actual situation of patriotic education in high school ideological and political course;In the form of interviews to understand the front-line high school ideological and political teachers' views on patriotism education.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in patriotism education in high school ideological and political course,such as single teaching means and methods,lack of practical activities of patriotism education and so on.The fourth part,to play the main role of patriotism education in high school ideological and political course.The key to improve the effectiveness of patriotism education in high school ideological and political course lies in teachers.High school ideological and political course teachers should give full play to their subjective initiative and improve their own quality.Secondly,we should play the role of the main channel of classroom teaching,carry out teaching through a variety of teaching methods,fully tap the relevant content of patriotism education in teaching materials,select a variety of teaching resources such as current political resources and red culture resources,and enrich the teaching content.At the same time,combined with practical activities,through classroom practice and social practice,high school students' emotional experience can be enhanced,and their patriotic behavior ability can be improved.Finally,based on the goal of patriotism education in senior high school,form a scientific connection with the ideological and political courses in other stages;Give full play to the leading role of high school ideological and political course,and carry out patriotism education in collaboration with other subjects;Schools should establish a guarantee mechanism to provide education space for patriotic education in high school ideological and political course,so as to form a joint force of education and give full play to the main role of patriotic education in high school ideological and political course.
