For a long time, traditional education generally value theory-teaching, contemptpractice-training. The attitude not only impacts the exploring ability, but also affects thestudents to understand the theory. The pattern contributes to poorly creative ability andpractice ability. This method is antipathetic to the modern education. It is obviouslyunfavorable to cultivate all-round development students and personality characteristicsstudents. Many students appear indecisive when they enter a higher school or society.Many things must learn again. All results are related to despise extracurriculareducational activities directly.Ideological and political is the core curriculum of moral, intellectual and aestheticeducation. It makes the students to form the world outlook, outlook on life and merit.Through extracurricular educational activities, so that students can take the right, goodideas into their own practice.Through the survey of Suzhou NO.3middle school, the author found that,extracurricular educational activities of ideological and political exists some problemsin Suzhou NO.3middle school. Summarily, it embodied in the following aspects: One,college entrance examination pressure, students have no time to participate theextracurricular educational activities. Two, the tasks are heavily on teacher, so, theyhave no time to guide the students to participate extracurricular educationalactivities.Three, less place of extracurricular educational activities, school does not payenough attention. Four, the ways in extracurricular educational activities aremonotonous, overall numbers are too few. Five, lack of support from parents.In view of the above problems, the author put forward to four countermeasures toimprove the effect of ideological and political extracurricular educational activities insenior high school. Firstly, optimize the educational environment, provide extracurricular educational activities platform. Secondly, promote teachers qualities;broaden thoughts of extracurricular educational activities. Thirdly, strengthen familyeducation, develop extracurricular educational activities channels.Finally, students playthe main role, fostering their interest in extracurricular educational activities.
