In the new era,the party and the state should pay more attention to labor education.In March 2020,the CPC Central Committee issued the opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new era,which proposed that labor education,as an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,should run through all stages of primary and secondary schools.Integrating labor education into the teaching of Ideological and political course in senior high school and giving full play to the educational role of labor education is not only the inevitable requirement of implementing the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people,but also the inevitable trend of cultivating new people of the times with all-round development.Based on the previous research,this paper summarizes and analyzes the connotation,characteristics and value of labor education,and finds that there is a certain fit between labor education and high school ideological and political course in educational objectives,educational contents and educational forms.High school ideological and political teaching can take this as the starting point for labor education.Therefore,it can not only cultivate students' ideological quality in the teaching of labor and politics,but also help students to integrate into the ideological and political development in the teaching of labor and politics in senior high school,which can not only help students to cultivate the correct ideological quality in the teaching of labor and politics,but also help students to integrate into the teaching of labor and politics.However,through practical research,it is found that there are still many problems in the process of carrying out labor education in the current ideological and political course teaching in senior high school,including students' low labor quality,unclear labor education objectives,single teaching form,insufficient utilization of teaching resources and lack of effective evaluation.Think about the reasons for these problems.Starting from the existing problems and the causes of the problems,this paper explores the countermeasures,and discusses them from five aspects: improving teachers' quality,enhancing students' labor consciousness,fully excavating teaching resources,innovating teaching methods and establishing an effective evaluation mechanism.
