The stage of high school is an important period for individuals to prepare for the transition to adulthood,it is also the key stage of the whole physical and mental development,and it is also the most concentrated stage of facing challenges and psychological problems.This period is the key period for the rapid development,adaptation and adjustment of the future orientation,is an extremely important dividing point in the course of personal growth.Teenagers will make decisions that have a great impact on the whole future life in this critical period.However,facing with heavy academic tasks,high intensity learning process and great self-pressure,middle high school students of this period tend to produce low level future orientation and even suppress the development of future orientation.Faced with the serious situation,promoting the future orientation development become the focus of modern education and teaching workers.Positive future orientation development plays a significant role in high school students'healthy and upward development through adolescence and throughout their future lives,but at this stage both curriculum and teaching practice neglect students'future orientation,and there is basically no macro planning and micro practice to develop and nurture students'future orientation.Further more,with the coming of new college entrance examination“profession+college”,which makes the career planning education receive unprecedented attention in high school education.Using career planning courses to carry out targeted future orientation intervention courses can use the relevant psychological education methods and means directly.On the one hand,cultivate good psychological accomplishment of students,on the other hand,promote students'future orientation development.Accordingly,this study explored the new characteristics and changes in the development of high school students'future orientation in the new era by using senior students as subjects,and then developed a career planning intervention program to promote the development of high school students'future orientation,and evaluated the benefits of this intervention program through a multidimensional approach of quantitative and qualitative assessments.Specifically,this paper includes three sub-studies:the 1stresearch takes 546 senior middle school students of Qing zhou City as the research object,investigate the new characteristics and changes in the development of future orientations of senior students in the new era.With the base of the 1stresearch,the main content of the 2ndresearch is to research intervention program that promote high school students'future orientation development.The3rdresearch is to test the effect of intervention by combining quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The future orientation development of high school students was at an intermediate to level;there were no significant differences in future orientation development between students of different genders,while there were no significant differences between students of different family locations on all dimensions and factors except for the dimension of future volitional action and the factor of planning.2.The intervention program based on the future orientation development level of senior high school students in career planning course is developed.The intervention course design is based on the breadth and density of future cognition,future emotional optimism and thinking,future will action planning and execution.The development level of high school students'future orientation is above medium level:different gender and different families adopt the subject of"goal guidance+task driven"and"teaching learning evaluation 132"to form the main framework of activity design.3.Through quantitative and qualitative assessments,the results showed that the developed intervention program based on the career planning class could significantly promote the future orientation of the students in the experimental class,and the students in the experimental class were basically positive about the intervention program and achieved good benefits.The intervention program developed in this study can be directly applied to school education and teaching,and it can give targeted guidance and intervention to the future orientation development of high school students.On the one hand,providing the experience and strategies of high school students future orientation development,on the other hand,enhance the status and importance of career planning,then combine the results of research and the practice of education and teaching,which can provide suggestions for high school education,to train professional talents,and to carry out the fundamental goal of creating people by virtue.
