A Study Of Current Situation And Relations Of Future Imagination Tendency,Psychological Capital And Career Planning On Senior High School Students

With the continuous reform of the college entrance examination,high schools have been placing great emphasis on career planning.the schools arrange professional teachers to teach students to take control of their career direction.Senior high school students are also in need of the guidance of career planning so that they could understand their career positioning.Career planning is influenced by future imagination tendency and psychological capital.Improve the level of future imagination tendency and psychological capital is conducive to the improvement in the ability of career planning.Based on the current situation,the author proposes some educational suggestions and countermeasures.this study explores the relations between senior high school students’ future imagination tendency,psychological capital,and career planning,learns the characteristics of career planning in order to strengthen the students’ awareness of career planning.this study is conducted in a vocational senior high school and an ordinary senior high school in Yunnan province based on Future Imagination tendency Scale by Qiu Fazhong(2012),Psychological Capital Scale by Zhang Kuo(2010)and Career Planning Scale by Zhan Fashang(2006).542 students were surveyed,and the results are as shown below:1.through the study of the characteristics of future imagination tendency of senior high school students,the author finds that: there is a significant difference in the emotional value dimension between genders and if the child is the sole child;2.through the study of the characteristics of psychological capitals of senior high school students,the author finds that: there is a significant difference in the resilience dimension due to the educational levels of their parents;3.through the study of the characteristics of career planning of senior high school students,the author finds that: there is a significant difference in self-cognition,interpersonal relationship,and goal planning due to the educational levels of their parents4.through the study of future imagination tendency,psychological capitals,and career planning of senior high school students,the author finds that: there is a significant connection among the future imagination tendency,psychological capital,and career planning;Psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role in career planning in future imagination tendency.
