Since the 21 st century,the core literacy of students has gradually become the training trend of regional,national and even global education reforms.With the continuous discussion and development of education reform in our country,the main goal of today's education reform is to strengthen the cultivation of the core literacy of our students.Finally,the research results of the core literacy of Chinese student development after three years of research were announced at Beijing Normal University in September 2016.The historical mission of the current educators is how to develop the core literacy of students through the teaching process of different disciplines.This is also a problem that needs to be considered and resolved in the education reform under the background of the new era.This article will combine the physical education teaching practice and core literacy theory in Zhuzhou City to conduct analysis and research.To provide a theoretical basis for the development of the reform of middle school physical education is an important measure to deepen the educational concept of "li ethics and cultivating people".It is the main action to improve my country's cultural soft power,and it points out the direction for the development of educational reform in the new era.This article uses literature,questionnaire surveys,interviews,observations,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to sort out the process and framework of core literacy development at home and abroad,sort out and summarize core literacy,curriculum teaching and other related concepts and theoretical foundations.Based on relevant domestic and foreign literature and through interviews with expert opinions,a questionnaire was developed to investigate and study the status quo and existing problems of physical education teaching in Zhuzhou middle schools,and put forward strategies for optimizing the teaching behavior of physical education teachers.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Three-dimensional teaching goals and syllabus have become the main basis for middle school physical education teachers to carry out teaching behaviors.The drastic reform of the new curriculum standard will inevitably guide the transformation of teachers' teaching behaviors,and continuously enrich the core literacy content before,during and after class.,Has reached the goal of cultivating and improving the core literacy of students as stated in the teaching goal.Conversely,the teaching behavior itself is also an attempt and verification of the integration of core literacy into physical education,which can further promote teachers to reflect and adjust teaching methods,and promote the continuous advancement of middle school physical education.(2)Teachers' teaching preparation behavior basically follows three-dimensional goals,starting from the main body of students and teaching content,but the goal of lesson preparation is single and separate from practice,and the link of lesson preparation tends to be formalized.Teachers' pre-teaching preparatory behaviors are difficult to achieve the expected goals in combination with core literacy.It is recommended to optimize teachers' preparatory behaviors.Starting from the actual training needs of students,using diversified lesson preparation methods,adopting diversified teaching methods,adapting measures to local conditions,focusing on highlighting the main status of students in the curriculum,and inspiring students to develop good sports morality.(3)The predicament of teaching implementation behavior is mainly manifested in the single form of teaching organization,it is difficult to mobilize students' learning enthusiasm,teaching methods lack innovation,and cannot stimulate students' autonomous learning motivation.It is recommended to use multiple methods to improve students' motor skills.At the same time,the idea is to instill the motivation of students to learn independently,and lay the foundation for students to develop lifelong sports and good sports interest.(4)The main dilemma in teaching reflection behavior is that the reflection perspective is single,the reflection report is only a formality,and the interaction is not strong.It is recommended to optimize the teacher evaluation system,mainly based on students' learning achievements and moral performance.
