The Ordinary High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)promulgated by the Ministry of Education is the most systematic and profound summary and improvement of the basic education curriculum reform in China since the 21 st century.At present,China has entered the new era of the primary stage of socialism,developing quality education and advancing education fairness are the greatest visions of the Party's Nineteenth Congress for education in the next few years.Under the new concept of development,basic education curriculum reform will inevitably inherit and innovate,and new curriculum reforms that pursue core qualities will also continue to advance.The active text of high school geography textbooks is a major highlight of the new textbooks and shoulders the important mission of cultivating students' core qualities.Therefore,studying the timeliness function of high school geographical activity text and its outstanding problems in teaching practice and talent training are of great significance for advancing China's middle school geography new curriculum reform,improvement and perfection of geographical teaching materials,and geography education development and innovation.First of all,studying the "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards" and the people's education Press of compulsory 2 course outline and geography activity texts and related geography Teaching monographs,according to the basic ideas of the national basic education reform and the basic requirements of the new curriculum standards to accurately define the concept and connotation of the activity text and its timeliness,combed the types,number,and distribution rules of the active texts,and then systematically analyzed the features and teaching functions of the active texts and their timeliness.In the process of assuming teaching tasks,participating in teaching and research activities,and practicing teaching,through questionnaires,interviews,classroom observations,and exchange seminars,the empirical study the cognitive of middle school geography teachers and students on the activities texts and their application in the teaching process.Analyze the two sides' understanding of the activity texts and the use of the existing puzzles,problems and appeals,profoundly analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the active texts in real-time updating and core literacy training.On this basis,from the five aspects of teaching materials,teachers,students,real-time update,and core qualities to summarize the lack of design of active texts.Teachers and students recognized and commented on the active texts,and the active texts updated in real time as well as training core literacy,it comprehensively analyzes the timeliness of activity texts from real-time updates,operability,and cultivating core qualities.Finally,based on the results of timeliness analysis,the author puts forward the optimization strategies for the use of active texts and the suggestions for the preparation and design of the active texts,in the hope of benefitting the optimization and rewriting of the active texts of the geography textbooks.The specific research results are as follows:1.Counted respectively on the number and distribution of activity texts,studied the function and role of different types of activity texts.and interpreted the connotation and characterization of timeliness.From the data point of view,there is less distribution of problem investigations,activities,etc.,especially the activities of hands-on operations and social surveys are very few,and the number of reading,graphic,and reading thinking classes are more distributed.2.Investigated the teachers' and students' understanding of the active texts,their use status and suggestions,and analyzed the timeliness characteristics and problems in the teaching process of teachers and students' understanding of the activity texts.Teachers' understanding still stay at the level of acquiring knowledge;students understanding is even more conspicuous,disregard,and participation is lower;and there are fewer class hours,and teachers rarely have enough time to carry out activities;textual body design and school teaching conditions and differences learning situation,make the activity operability lower.3.Analyzed the timeliness characteristics of active literacy for core literacy training.Cases,activities,question exploration,graphic and graphic thinking are more conducive to the cultivation of geographical core qualities.Cases and problem explorations are more conducive to cultivating core qualities.Active texts are most conducive to the cultivation of human-negotiation coordination,followed by regionalization.cognitive and integrated thinking,but in the training of geographical practice was weaker.4.Comprehensive analyzed of the timeliness characteristics of active texts from the three aspects of operability,real-time updating,and cultivation of core qualities.The timeliness of activity texts is ranked from high to low: reading thinking,cases,activities,graphics,problem exploration,reading.5.According to the research results,we put forward specific strategies and suggestions.From the four aspects of changing teachers and students' cognition,flexibly use of teaching materials,improving teachers' professional qualities,adhering to the student's subject status,and using teaching methods flexibly to propose an optimized use strategy for activity texts;from the four aspects of adjusting the proportion of activity texts,accelerating the update of teaching materials,and guaranteeing the activities of the texts are close to life and improving operability of the activity texts to propose suggestions for the preparation and design of the active texts.
