In the 21st century,with the advent of social information age and the continuous and healthy development of our society,it has brought an unprecedented all-round social change.This change of social environment is bound to bring about the change of education.Since 2017,Shandong Province has begun to implement the new college entrance examination system.Under the background of the new college entrance examination of three out of six,there will be 20 different combinations of.classes in theory,so it is imperative to change the fixed single class teaching system into a flexible class walking system.Most of them have adopted tutorial system by understanding the practice of selecting courses and taking classes in other countries.In 2010,China put forward the "national medium and long term education reform and development plan",which clearly states that high school education must be viewed from the perspective of development.It is suggested that ordinary high schools should establish a student growth observation system,and schools should pay more attention to students' life,learning,psychology and other aspects,so as to promote students' three-dimensional development.By learning from the experience of other countries,the Enlightenment of tutor management in Chinese universities and the requirements of the program,many high schools have begun to implement the tutorial system.There are some problems in the implementation of the tutorial system in Taian a high school,which need our special attention.The main content of this study includes four chaptersThe first chapter,the implementation background and main measures of Taian a high school tutorial system.With the introduction of the new college entrance examination reform plan,the admission mode of colleges and universities has changed,and the teaching management mode of Taian a high school has changed accordingly.The combination of "administrative class" and"teaching class" will be used to organize teaching to meet the needs of college entrance examination reform.The implementation of the new teaching mode is bound to need the emergence of new management methods.Taian a high school conforms to the requirements of the times and the reform plan of college entrance examination in China,and some subjects implement the class system.For the problems of education management in the class system,the school implements the tutorial system.The main measures for the implementation of the tutorial system in Taian a high school are as follows:first,to clarify the specific responsibilities of the tutors;second,to establish a "tutorial manual" in line with the actual situation;third,to carry out the division of tutors;fourth,to make overall planning for the head teacher;fifth,to summarize and commend the school.The second chapter is the research design of the implementation of tutorial system in Taian a high school.Through the questionnaire design,questionnaire distribution and collection,questionnaire data analysis,the implementation of tutorial system is necessary,students expect to get comprehensive guidance and help from tutors,students are eager to get higher frequency guidance from tutors.Through the design of interview outline,the implementation of interview,and the analysis of interview data,both tutors and students recognize the implementation of tutorial system,the evaluation mechanism of tutorial system is not perfect,and the distribution of teachers and students needs to be improved.The third chapter analyzes the problems and causes in the implementation of tutorial system in Taian a high school.The problems in the implementation of the tutorial system in Taian a high school are as follows:first,the distribution of teachers and students is improper,and the double selection platform has not been established;second,the content of tutor guidance is single,and the targeted timeliness is not high;third,the communication between teachers and students is solidified,and the guidance is mere formality.Through the analysis,the reasons are as follows:first,the concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude has not been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people;second,the assessment methods of tutors need to be improved;third,the tutors' guidance ability is uneven;fourth,the students' self-development ability and motivation are insufficient.The fourth chapter,the improvement strategy of Taian a high school tutorial system.In view of the existing problems,effective measures should be taken,mainly as follows:first,take multiple measures to improve the professional quality and guidance ability of tutors;second,fully empower teachers and students to establish independent double selection mechanism;third,combine online and offline to enrich the way of communication between teachers and students;fourth,multi-agent participation to build tutor work evaluation mechanism.
