STSE education is developed on the basis of STS education.It is an abbreviation for science,technology,society,and environment.STSE education links science,technology,society and the environment,and attaches importance to the application of science and technology in production,life and social development.With the introduction of the“General High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)”,the geographical examination questions are increasingly focusing on the examination of students' core literacy;at the same time,the examination scope of the college examination questions is more comprehensive,and more and more attention is paid to the examination of student ab ilities;and technology Issues of innovation and environmental protection have gradually received attention.In view of the changing trend of the test questions,it is necessary and feasib le to study the situation of the high examination questions.This work sorts out the related literature of STSE through the literature research method,analyzes and sorts out the background and development process of STSE education at home and abroad,and then uses statistical analysis to analyze the geography examination questio ns of some provinces and cities in the five years from 2016 to 2020.Classify and sort out the proportion,frequency,score,question type and knowledge points of various STSE test questions,and analyze the three categories of geography science and technology,geography science and society,and geography science and environment.The d istribution,summarizes the proposition characteristics of STSE test questions.Finally,according to the characteristics of the STSE test questions,corresponding teaching strategies are proposed,and a typical teaching design based on the STSE education concept is formulated,in order to improve the new ideas and references for the interpretation of the geography test questions of the college entrance examination and the development of high school geography teaching.Through the study of geography test questions in the STSE background,the following conclusions are drawn: STSE test questions play an important role in implementing the core literacy requirements of geography,guiding high school geography teaching,and promoting environmental protection.The study of STSE test questions is of great significance;STSE background test questions account for a large proportion,of which social test questions account for the largest proportion,followed by environmental test questions,and technical test questions are less.From the perspective of time,the number and frequency of STSE test questions have shown an increasing trend.Under the guidance of the test questions,more and more attention has been paid to the examination of geographical thinking and practical ability;from a regional perspective,the national paper is relatively stab le,and the frequency of STSE test questions has changed little.The Jiangsu paper has the highest frequency of examination for the STSE test questions,and the Beijing paper Attach importance to the examination of social and environmental examination questions.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the geography test questions of the college entrance examination have the following characteristics: pay attention to international cooperation and focus on cultivating students' international vision;inherit traditional culture and improve confidence in Chinese culture;emphas ize regional cognition and reflect local characteristics;focus on real life and cultivate students' core literacy of geography Attach importance to knowledge transfer and cultivate logical thinking;attach importance to ecological restoration and coordinate the relationship between man and land;focus on hot issues and reflect the characteristics of the times;attach importance to global issues to help students establish an overall concept;attach importance to technological innovation and expand students' geographic horizons;pay attention to 3S development,Pay attention to geographic information technology.According to the characteristics of STSE test questions,the following teaching suggestions are proposed: based on the curriculum standards,grasp the knowledge framework;implement core literacy,cultivate geographic thinking;focus on the frontier of development,pay attention to hot issues;pay attention to life details,enhance practical ability;attach importance to summarization and emphasize knowledge transfer.
