A lot of schools want to build brands,but not all schools can achieve the effect of education.School administrators are also reflecting on the main reasons for the gap between schools? Management system? What is the quality of teachers?Quality of students These factors will indeed limit the development of the school,but the school management is a systematic project,and the negligence of any link will cause the decline of the quality.In order to create its own brand of teaching and education,the previous extensive management can not meet the needs of education reform.The management must start from the details and implement the refined management.In order to increase the value of the school,it is necessary to put every fine management in place,so as to improve the teaching quality of the school.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the refinement of school teaching management.In this study,Qingdao D middle school is selected as the research object,with the methods of investigation,literature research and case study as the main research methods,the main problems existing in the original teaching management of the school are analyzed,the reasons are found out,and the effective measures to improve the fine management of school teaching are put forward.First of all,it expounds the reason of the topic selection and the significance of the research.There are some problems in school teaching management that need to be solved: the concept is relatively backward,lack of fine management consciousness;the quality of teaching management personnel is uneven;the teaching management mode is old,the management system is not perfect,and the urgent need to improve the quality of teaching is the reason of this study.Through the development of this study,we can promote the construction of school teaching system,promote the deepening of teaching reform,and improve the quality of school teaching.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out fine research on teaching management.The research on the refinement of teaching management must be supported by theory.Fine management is a kind of culture and a kind of concept.It is based on conventional management and leads conventional management to the basic idea and management mode of in-depth and meticulous management.It is a kind of management mode with the main goal of reducing the resources occupied in management to the greatest extent and reducing the management cost.Fine teaching management is a kind of fine management concept in teaching management,which pursues the management culture of keeping improving.The implementation of fine management of teaching in schools is based on the four basic principles of "fine","fine","accurate" and "strict",which is the need to achieve educational goals,change educational concepts,improve teaching quality and promote teachers' professional growth.Through questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods,it is found that there are some problems in the implementation of teaching management refinement process in Qingdao D middle school,which are mainly reflected in the three dimensions of teaching management concept,teaching management system and teaching management process,respectively: "people-oriented" teaching concept is not prominent,lack of understanding of the concept of professional attributes of teaching;loose management of teaching system,lack of management There are blind areas in theory,lagging system and inadequate implementation;the routine teaching process is fuzzy,the formalism of teaching and research,the rough inspection and supervision,which can not reflect the fine management of teaching.Finally,under the guidance of the concept of refinement,this paper puts forward some countermeasures on how to improve the management of refinement of teaching,such as establishing a scientific concept of refinement of teaching management,practicing the management concept of "people-oriented",strengthening the professional attribute of teaching,perfecting the relevant system of refinement of teaching management,strengthening the refinement of the system,improving the scientificity of system construction,and paying attention to the problems in the process of system implementation Effective monitoring;detailed management process of teaching routine,clear and detailed teaching routine,detailed teaching research,careful teaching evaluation.
