For a long time,the issue of educational punishment in the compulsory education stage has caused great controversy in the educational academia.With the official release of the "Regulations on Educational Punishment for Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Rules")in December 2020,the issue of teachers' education and punishment has once again become the focus of attention.At present,for schools and teachers,how to implement the educational spirit of the "Rules" and realize the fundamental purpose of building morality and cultivating people,how primary and secondary school teachers can reasonably and legally perform their duties of educating and managing students,and how to promote students' all-round and healthy development,is our responsibility.The most important issue.This research focuses on the case studies of new teachers in junior high schools.It selects two new teachers,Teacher D and Teacher H,as the research objects.With the help of interviews,observation and other methods,it walks into the teaching life of the two teachers,and objectively presents the case study of new teachers on education.The understanding and practical exploration of discipline,examines the problems existing in teacher education discipline from three aspects of new teachers' personal cognition and practice and external difficulties,which are embodied in:cognition,the purpose of new teachers' education discipline is utilitarian,Unclear understanding of the limits and boundaries of educational punishment;in practice,inappropriate punishment in the implementation of educational punishment and lack of practical experience;in terms of external difficulties,the school's support for new teachers' educational punishment is insufficient,and parents' support for new teachers' educational punishment Acceptance is low.Finally,in response to these problems,the school should promote the implementation of the "educational punishment rules" and support the reasonable punishment of new teachers in terms of system construction,strengthening teacher training,and improving school supervision and relief channels.Teachers should have a correct understanding of educational punishment,improve Disciplinary ability,establish a people-oriented education concept;publicize the rules and regulations of school education and discipline to parents,take "educational" as the emotional core,promote parents' understanding of new teachers' education and discipline,guide parents to participate in and supervise the implementation of educational discipline,and serve new teachers.It is hoped that these suggestions can provide reference for new junior high school teachers to get out of the predicament of education and punishment and improve the ecological environment of education and punishment.
